{"id":386946,"date":"2022-06-16T10:02:41","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T08:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=386946"},"modified":"2022-06-16T10:03:26","modified_gmt":"2022-06-16T08:03:26","slug":"regulateurs-ldo-pour-applications-automobiles-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/regulateurs-ldo-pour-applications-automobiles-2\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9gulateurs LDO pour applications automobiles"},"content":{"rendered":"<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"614\">\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rohm.com\/products\/power-management\/linear-regulators\/single-output-ldo-regulators?VoltageInMax_num=40&amp;PS_PackageShortCode=SSOP5&amp;&amp;SearchWord=bd9#parametricSearch\">s\u00e9rie BD9xxN1<\/a> est optimis\u00e9e pour les alimentations \u00e9lectriques primaires (courant continu 12 V) dans une vaste gamme d\u2019applications, y compris les groupes motopropulseurs, la carrosserie, l\u2019ADAS et l\u2019info divertissement.<br \/>\nAu cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la num\u00e9risation continue de tous les types d\u2019\u00e9quipements a augment\u00e9 le nombre de composants \u00e9lectroniques, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 la demande de r\u00e9duction du nombre de condensateurs utilis\u00e9s pour la stabilisation de circuit afin de restreindre \u00e0 la fois la taille et la nomenclature. Cela n\u00e9cessite des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s d\u2019alimentation dans les circuits d\u2019alimentation qui peuvent atteindre un fonctionnement stable avec des condensateurs de petite taille, mais il \u00e9tait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent difficile d\u2019obtenir un fonctionnement stable dans les applications avec des capacitances de sortie de 1 \u00b5F ou moins.<br \/>\nPour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins, ROHM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en 2020 la technologie de contr\u00f4le Nano Cap ultra-stable pour les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s d\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique. L\u2019exploitation de cette technologie permet aux concepteurs de d\u00e9velopper des r\u00e9gulateurs LDO qui assurent un fonctionnement stable, m\u00eame \u00e0 des capacitances de sortie ultra-petites \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nanom\u00e9trique. Cela permet la prise en charge d\u2019une capacitance de sortie de 100 nF \u2013 moins de 1\/10 de la valeur des produits standard \u2013 assurant un fonctionnement stable requis par les applications (variation de tension de sortie dans les 100mV : la condition est de 1 mA \u2014 \u00a0variation de courant de charge de 50 mA \/ 1 \u00b5s), m\u00eame lorsque la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e et le courant de charge fluctuent.<br \/>\nEn outre, en plus des MLCC (condensateurs c\u00e9ramiques multicouches) qui ont des courants de l\u2019ordre du \u00b5F et des condensateurs \u00e9lectrolytiques \u00e0 grande capacitance, les nouveaux r\u00e9gulateurs de ROHM peuvent g\u00e9rer une gamme ultra-large de capacitances de sortie allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 \u00b5F ou moins dans le format ultra-compact 0603\/0402 (qui dans le pass\u00e9 n\u2019\u00e9tait pas assez stable pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9), contribuant non seulement \u00e0 la miniaturisation des composants et des cartes, mais aussi \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction des ressources de conception n\u00e9cessaires en prenant en charge un plus large \u00e9ventail de conditions de condensateurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que la technologie Nano Cap ?<\/strong><br \/>\nNano Cap se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 une technologie de contr\u00f4le ultra-stable r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en combinant une expertise analogique avanc\u00e9e couvrant la conception, les processus et la disposition des circuits et faisant appel au syst\u00e8me de production verticalement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de ROHM. Un contr\u00f4le stable \u00e9limine le probl\u00e8me d\u2019instabilit\u00e9 de fonctionnement li\u00e9 aux condensateurs dans les circuits analogiques, contribuant \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction des
