Ces oscilloscopes combinent des capacit\u00e9s de mesure de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des signaux de haut niveau avec la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e vitesse d&rsquo;acquisition possible afin d&rsquo;assurer l&rsquo;analyse des signaux en temps r\u00e9el. Les nouveaux mod\u00e8les sont dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;un\u00a0\u00e9cran tactile Full HD de 13,3 pouces, plus grand et plus lumineux. Leur face avant a \u00e9t\u00e9 par ailleurs enti\u00e8rement redessin\u00e9e. Les utilisateurs peuvent profiter de la nettet\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran au format 16:9 qui assure l&rsquo;affichage des formes d&rsquo;onde tout en permettant de changer et de modifier rapidement les param\u00e8tres. L&rsquo;intuitivit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;interface utilisateur augmente la productivit\u00e9 en offrant un acc\u00e8s rapide et direct aux principaux param\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;instrument. Tout cela est obtenu sans compromettre l&rsquo;encombrement global de l&rsquo;instrument. Notre oscilloscope offre l\u2019exceptionnel niveau de performances et de flexibilit\u00e9 attendu par nos clients, tout en pr\u00e9sentant un encombrement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duit. Depuis son lancement initial, il est parfaitement adapt\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;analyse en temps r\u00e9el de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du signal. En constante \u00e9volution, il n\u2019a fait que s\u2019am\u00e9liorer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La gamme d&rsquo;oscilloscopes hautes performances de la s\u00e9rie R&amp;S RTP se d\u00e9cline en diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les offrant une bande passante de 4 GHz \u00e0 16 GHz et une fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage atteignant 40 G\u00e9ch.\/s. La bande passante de tous les mod\u00e8les peut \u00e9voluer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 16 GHz par une mise \u00e0 niveau ult\u00e9rieure. La force du R&amp;S RTP repose sur l&rsquo;ASIC con\u00e7u par Rohde &amp; Schwarz. Cet ASIC d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;acquisition et aux traitements des signaux permet d&rsquo;atteindre un taux d&rsquo;acquisition in\u00e9gal\u00e9 de 750 000 formes d&rsquo;ondes par seconde. Ce qui facilite ainsi la t\u00e2che des ing\u00e9nieurs pour rep\u00e9rer, isoler et analyser les d\u00e9fauts de conception des circuits imprim\u00e9s. Pour capturer et analyser avec fiabilit\u00e9 de longs \u00e9v\u00e9nements ou s\u00e9quences, Rohde &amp; Schwarz a \u00e9tendu la profondeur de la m\u00e9moire d&rsquo;acquisition standard \u00e0 100 Mpoints par canal. Une option permet de l&rsquo;\u00e9tendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3 Gpoints par canal. Ce qui fait du R&amp;S RTP une nouvelle r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des points forts du R&amp;S RTP est son syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;horloge \u00e0 16 Gbps impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 au niveau mat\u00e9riel (HW-CDR). Ce qui permet de r\u00e9aliser des diagrammes en \u0153il en temps r\u00e9el pour la surveillance sur la dur\u00e9e des interfaces s\u00e9rie \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit. Les nouvelles options R&amp;S RTP-K136 et K137 prennent en charge l&rsquo;analyse du diagramme de l&rsquo;\u0153il des bits s\u00e9quentiels dans un flux de donn\u00e9es acquis avec des d\u00e9bits de donn\u00e9es maximum de 8 Gbps et 16 Gbps. La synchronisation du d\u00e9coupage des bits est bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution continue du syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;horloge. Cela pr\u00e9sente des avantages significatifs par rapport au post-traitement traditionnel r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec une application logicielle de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;horloge. Les utilisateurs peuvent combiner cette fonction avec les fonctions de deembedding en temps r\u00e9el et de calcul diff\u00e9rentiel en temps r\u00e9el du R&amp;S RTP pour effectuer le d\u00e9bogage ou la recherche de d\u00e9fauts de signal en une fraction de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Rohde &amp; Schwarz offre encore plus de flexibilit\u00e9 en compl\u00e9tant le large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles par la nouvelle option de calcul math\u00e9matique d\u00e9finie par l&rsquo;utilisateur (R&amp;S RTP-K39). Cette option permet aux ing\u00e9nieurs de test d&rsquo;appeler un script Python pour effectuer des calculs complexes et d&rsquo;afficher \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cran de l&rsquo;oscilloscope les r\u00e9sultats sous forme de signal math\u00e9matique. Ce qui offre d&rsquo;infinies possibilit\u00e9s pour les utilisateurs d&rsquo;analyser les donn\u00e9es captur\u00e9es selon leurs besoins. D&rsquo;autres nouvelles applications optionnelles sont propos\u00e9es tels que les tests de conformit\u00e9 MIPI D-PHY V2.1\/2.5 (R&amp;S RTP-K27), MIPI C-PHY V2.1 ( R&amp;S RTP-K28) et USB 3.2 Gen 1 &amp; 2 RX (R&amp;S RTP-K102).
