C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019ils peuvent mesurer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur les surfaces rugueuses, diffuses et m\u00e9talliques brillantes. La ligne laser assure un calcul de moyenne optique en permettant la compensation des surfaces irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Des r\u00e9sultats de mesure stables et de haute pr\u00e9cision sont ainsi obtenus sur des surfaces pr\u00e9sentant des rugosit\u00e9s, des d\u00e9fauts, des indentations ou des trous. Les mod\u00e8les optoNCDT 1420 LL sont disponibles avec des plages de mesure de 10, 25 et 50 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le standard est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une plaque de recouvrement en verre pour prot\u00e9ger l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception. Par ailleurs, les capteurs de la s\u00e9rie optoNCDT 1420 peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;un film de protection quand diverses influences ext\u00e9rieures endommagent la plaque de protection en provoquant des r\u00e9flexions ind\u00e9sirables. Le film emp\u00eache les rayures et les stries tout en augmentant la stabilit\u00e9 du signal.<\/p>\n<p>Un c\u00e2ble convertisseur monocanal IC2001\/USB est \u00e9galement disponible comme accessoire. Il cr\u00e9e une connexion USB aux capteurs via l&rsquo;interface RS422. Cela repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;une solution de connexion \u00e9conomique pour une installation durable. Un d\u00e9bit de donn\u00e9es maximal de 1 MBaud est possible via le c\u00e2ble non blind\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les t\u00e2ches de mesure exigeantes, le module d\u2019interface IF2001\/USB disponible prend \u00e9galement en charge la conversion des signaux de RS422 \u00e0 USB.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"www.micro-epsilon.fr\"
