Cette tendance vers une plus grande densit\u00e9 de composants \u00e9lectroniques conduit \u00e0 des environnements plus bruyants, ce qui complique consid\u00e9rablement la mise en \u0153uvre de conceptions avec compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (CEM). Les amplificateurs op\u00e9rationnels jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel parce qu\u2019ils amplifient rapidement les petits signaux (issus des capteurs) dans de nombreux syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection assurant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. En outre, les conceptions de circuits imprim\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9galement poser probl\u00e8me pour les amplificateurs op\u00e9rationnels conventionnels qui sont susceptibles d\u2019oscillations en raison de charges capacitives (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire du c\u00e2blage).<\/p>\n<p>Pour att\u00e9nuer les probl\u00e8mes de bruit courants avec les amplificateurs op\u00e9rationnels conventionnels, ROHM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la s\u00e9rie EMARMOUR pr\u00e9sentant des amplificateurs op\u00e9rationnels tr\u00e8s tol\u00e9rants au bruit. Le premier membre novateur de la famille EMARMOUR \u00e9tait l\u2019amplificateur op\u00e9rationnel CMOS grande vitesse \u00e0 un canal BD77501G tirant parti de la technologie Nano Cap pour pr\u00e9venir les oscillations caus\u00e9es par la capacitance de charge. Ce produit a re\u00e7u un bon accueil de nombreux ing\u00e9nieurs dans de nombreux domaines et r\u00e9gions, et notre derni\u00e8re version 2 canaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences croissantes du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le dernier BD77502FVM int\u00e8gre deux appareils \u00e0 amplificateur op\u00e9rationnel pr\u00e9venant les oscillations en fournissant une amplification \u00e0 grande vitesse avec jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 V\/\u00b5s de vitesse de balayage et une immunit\u00e9 in\u00e9dite aux interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (IEM). La tension de sortie sur l\u2019ensemble de la bande de fr\u00e9quences de bruit est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 moins de \u00b1 20 mV, soit 10 fois moins qu\u2019un amplificateur op\u00e9rationnel conventionnel. L\u2019amplification du signal \u00e0 grande vitesse est maintenant r\u00e9alisable sans \u00eatre affect\u00e9e par le bruit externe ou la capacitance de charge en cas d\u2019utilisation dans les appareils \u00e9mettant de petits signaux tels que les capteurs, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la fiabilit\u00e9 tout en simplifiant les conceptions des circuits.<br \/>\n(Fig. 2 + 3)<\/p>\n<p><u>Exemples d\u2019applications<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9quipements de gestion des \u00e9quipements tels que les d\u00e9tecteurs de courant anormal et de gaz<\/li>\n<li>Moteurs n\u00e9cessitant une commande \u00e0 grande vitesse (transmission de signal)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9quipement de commande d\u2019onduleur<\/li>\n<li>Tampons d\u2019avance pour piloter des transistors<br \/>\n\t&#8230; et d\u2019autres applications industrielles et grand public requ\u00e9rant une amplification et une transmission de signaux \u00e0 grande vitesse sans se soucier de la capacitance de charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
