Les composants int\u00e8grent le transfert de l&rsquo;alimentation et du signal dans une seule puce tout en \u00e9liminant au moins trois composants de la conception, en r\u00e9duisant la taille et les co\u00fbts de nomenclature (BOM) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50 %.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Le driver de commutateur isol\u00e9 TPSI3050-Q1 dispose d&rsquo;une alimentation de grille int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de 10 V avec un courant de source et de puits de cr\u00eate de 1,5\/3 A et une alimentation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50 mW pour les circuits auxiliaires externes avec une isolation de 5 kV. Cela prend en charge la commutation AC ou DC avec sept niveaux de transfert de puissance via une s\u00e9lection par une r\u00e9sistance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Il est con\u00e7u pour fonctionner avec une puce de surveillance telle que la BQ79631-Q1 pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9fauts d&rsquo;isolation dans les batteries 800 V. Il permet l&rsquo;utilisation de r\u00e9sistances de 1 M\u03a9 et r\u00e9siste \u00e0 plus de 300 % de courant d&rsquo;avalanche que les photo-relais traditionnels pour permettre une interaction homme-syst\u00e8me plus s\u00fbre.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">\u00ab\u00a0Pour le 3050, nous utilisons une couche de polym\u00e8re comme s\u00e9parateur qui nous donne 5kVrms, en fonction de la plage de temp\u00e9rature et des cycles de commutation\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Morroni. Cette isolation permet aux concepteurs d&rsquo;onduleurs de traction de VE (voiture \u00e9lectrique) d&rsquo;utiliser plusieurs alimentations de polarisation sur chaque branche de l&rsquo;onduleur plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;une isolation de polarisation centralis\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Un composant de remplacement \u00ab\u00a0drop-in\u00a0\u00bb, le TSPSI3052-Q2, prend en charge les commandes de grille 15V. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">L&rsquo;autre composant, le TPSI2140-Q1, est un commutateur 1400V, 50mA avec isolation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3,75 kVRMS, soit quatre fois la fiabilit\u00e9 de rupture di\u00e9lectrique d\u00e9pendante de la dur\u00e9e des photo-relais \u00e0 semiconducteurs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">\u00ab\u00a0Le 2140 est davantage destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la fonction de v\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;isolement avec les commutateurs HT dans le bo\u00eetier et peut d\u00e9tecter si la barri\u00e8re est toujours saine et nous utilisons le SiO2 pour l&rsquo;isolement\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Cela peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme comparateur isol\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9fauts dans les syst\u00e8mes industriels.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">\u00ab\u00a0Les syst\u00e8mes haute tension sont de plus en plus r\u00e9pandus, en particulier avec l&rsquo;adoption croissante des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.
