Le remplacement des syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques et pneumatiques par des solutions \u00e9lectriques n\u00e9cessite des convertisseurs optimis\u00e9s en termes de taille, de poids et de puissance (SWaP) qui garantissent \u00e9galement des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;isolation.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe R&amp;D de GAIA Converter a travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l&rsquo;Universidad Politecnica de Madrid pour d\u00e9velopper et mettre en \u0153uvre un nouvel outil de conception automatis\u00e9, bas\u00e9 sur un algorithme d&rsquo;optimisation. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de respecter les sp\u00e9cifications strictes de la MEA, notamment les dimensions m\u00e9caniques, les conditions thermiques et les normes EMI, tout en faisant passer l&rsquo;optimisation de la conception au niveau sup\u00e9rieur. Le projet a conduit \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un prototype optimis\u00e9 de convertisseur haute fr\u00e9quence (1MHz) r\u00e9sonant LLC. Le convertisseur dispose d&rsquo;une plage de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 220 V \u00e0 320 V et d\u00e9livre une puissance de sortie de 1,5 kW \u00e0 une tension de sortie de 28 V. Ce convertisseur atteint un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 de plus de 96 % \u00e0 pleine puissance, avec une densit\u00e9 de puissance de 32 kW\/dm3, (bo\u00eetier Half-Brick) et une plage de variation de fr\u00e9quence \u00e9troite (15 %).<\/p>\n<p>La conception de tous les composants cl\u00e9s du convertisseur LLC a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e sur la base de l&rsquo;algorithme d&rsquo;optimisation. L&rsquo;outil a permis \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de s\u00e9lectionner les param\u00e8tres optimaux du circuit r\u00e9sonnant, la conception du transformateur de type\u00a0 Matrix et les semi-conducteurs (GAN, MOSFET) pour les \u00e9tages onduleur et redresseur, selon des exigences de conception sp\u00e9cifiques qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9es tout au long du processus.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recherche simplifiera le processus de conception pour obtenir des convertisseurs DC-DC hautement efficaces capables de r\u00e9pondre aux normes MEA et ouvrira la voie \u00e0 de futures innovations en mati\u00e8re de densification de la puissance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9volution vers la MEA est essentielle pour d\u00e9velopper des avions plus efficaces et r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions conform\u00e9ment aux engagements climatiques de l&rsquo;industrie a\u00e9rospatiale. Ce projet d\u00e9montre comment des syst\u00e8mes int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de conversion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie hautement fiables et efficaces peuvent faire partie de la solution et soutenir la transition les connaissances approfondies de notre \u00e9quipe \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid, nous avons pu faire un bond en avant significatif en soutenant le d\u00e9veloppement de
