Par ailleurs, il est de plus en plus n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9duire la taille du bo\u00eetier pour minimiser la surface de montage. Dans le m\u00eame temps, des performances plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<br \/>\nCependant, lors de la diminution de la taille du bo\u00eetier, la surface de l\u2019\u00e9lectrode arri\u00e8re et du moule devient \u00e9galement plus petite, ce qui entra\u00eene une dissipation de chaleur moindre. Pour r\u00e9soudre cet inconv\u00e9nient, le bo\u00eetier PMDE de ROHM am\u00e9liore les performances de dissipation de chaleur en \u00e9largissant l\u2019\u00e9lectrode arri\u00e8re et en optimisant le chemin de dissipation de chaleur.<br \/>\nCela permet d\u2019obtenir les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lectriques que celles des bo\u00eetiers conventionnels dans une taille de bo\u00eetier plus petite.<br \/>\nLe bo\u00eetier PMDE compact exclusif de ROHM pr\u00e9sente une emprise \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle du type SOD-323 conventionnel. L\u2019examen de l\u2019\u00e9lectrode arri\u00e8re et du chemin de dissipation de la chaleur a permis \u00e0 ROHM d\u2019obtenir les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lectriques (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la tension de tenue de courant) que le bo\u00eetier SOD-123FL standard (3,5 mm \u00d7 1,6 mm) dans une taille de bo\u00eetier plus petite, contribuant \u00e0 la miniaturisation de la carte tout en r\u00e9duisant la surface de montage d\u2019environ 42 %. De plus, la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique est environ 1,4 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du SOD-123FL, ce qui r\u00e9duit le risque de fissuration de la soudure lorsque la contrainte est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la carte, assurant une plus grande fiabilit\u00e9 de montage.<br \/>\nLa gamme de bo\u00eetiers PMDE se compose de 8 mod\u00e8les de la s\u00e9rie RBxx8 de diodes \u00e0 barri\u00e8re de Schottky (SBD), de 2 mod\u00e8les dans la s\u00e9rie RFN de diodes \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration rapide (FRD), et de 2 mod\u00e8les de la s\u00e9rie VS de suppresseurs de tensions transitoires (TVS). De nombreuses applications de circuits peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec des diodes compactes.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019avenir, ROHM s\u2019efforcera d\u2019am\u00e9liorer encore la qualit\u00e9 de ses dispositifs semiconducteurs, de la basse \u00e0 la haute tension, tout en renfor\u00e7ant sa gamme distinctive afin de r\u00e9duire davantage la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et d\u2019atteindre une plus grande miniaturisation du bo\u00eetier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Produits de bo\u00eetiers PMDE<\/strong><br \/>\nLe bo\u00eetier PMDE offre les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lectriques que le bo\u00eetier SOD-123FL conventionnel dans un bo\u00eetier plus petit, tout en assurant de meilleures performances de dissipation de la chaleur et de fiabilit\u00e9 de montage. De plus, tous les num\u00e9ros de pi\u00e8ces compatibles avec l\u2019automobile sont qualifi\u00e9s selon la norme AEC-Q101 pour la fiabilit\u00e9 automobile. Nos nouvelles gammes de produits de bo\u00eetiers PMDE sont \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es ci-dessous. (SBD : s\u00e9rie RBR seulement, production en masse \u00e0 partir de juin 2021)<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. SBD : caract\u00e9ristiques de la s\u00e9rie RBxx8 (nouveaux produits)<\/strong><br \/>\nCes SBD offrent un faible VF et une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e. 10 mod\u00e8les dans le bo\u00eetier PMDE avec des tensions de claquage de 30 V \u00e0 150 V ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie RBxx8 qui fournissent un IR (courant inverse) ultra-faible et peuvent fonctionner de mani\u00e8re stable m\u00eame dans des environnements \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. SBD : caract\u00e9ristiques de la s\u00e9rie RBR (annonce en ao\u00fbt 2021)<\/strong><br \/>\nLa s\u00e9rie RBR \u00e9quilibre la relation de compromis entre le faible VF essentiel pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et le faible IR (production en s\u00e9rie depuis juin 2020), 6 mod\u00e8les de la s\u00e9rie sont disponibles dans le bo\u00eetier PMDE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. FRD : caract\u00e9ristiques de la s\u00e9rie RFN (nouveaux produits)<\/strong><br \/>\nLes FRD fournissent une tension de tenue \u00e9lev\u00e9e (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 800 V) \u00e9quivalente aux diodes redresseuses ainsi qu\u2019un excellent trr (temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration inverse), ce qui est important pour le fonctionnement \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence. La s\u00e9rie RFN offre les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lectriques que les produits conventionnels dans un bo\u00eetier PMDE compact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. TVS : caract\u00e9ristiques de la s\u00e9rie VS (nouveaux produits<\/strong><br \/>\nTVS est un type de diode qui absorbe la tension soudaine (tension de surtension) qui circule lors du d\u00e9marrage ou d\u2019une panne du moteur, puis descend \u00e0 une tension constante. La s\u00e9rie VS prend en charge une large gamme de tensions d\u2019arr\u00eat (VRWM) de 5 V \u00e0 130 V.<\/p>\n<p><a
