Les \u00e9tages de puissance haute fr\u00e9quence ZCS\/ZVS (commutation \u00e0 courant et tension nulles) \u00e0 commutation douce Vicor, pr\u00e9sents dans les modules ChiP \u00e0 blindage m\u00e9tallique, r\u00e9duisent le bruit de fond du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alimentation, et assurent l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des signaux et la performance globale du syst\u00e8me, avec le haut niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 requis.<\/p>\n<p>La solution compl\u00e8te allant de la source d&rsquo;alimentation au point de charge comprend quatre modules SM-ChiP&nbsp;: un convertisseur de bus BCM3423, 100&nbsp;V nominal 300&nbsp;W, de rapport K&nbsp;=&nbsp;1\/3, en bo\u00eetier de 34&nbsp;x&nbsp;23&nbsp;mm&nbsp;; un r\u00e9gulateur PRM2919, 33&nbsp;V nominal 200&nbsp;W, en bo\u00eetier de 29&nbsp;x&nbsp;19&nbsp;mm&nbsp;; et deux multiplicateurs de courant VTM2919, l&rsquo;un de rapport K&nbsp;=&nbsp;1\/32 avec une sortie 0,8&nbsp;V 150&nbsp;A, et l&rsquo;autre de rapport K&nbsp;=&nbsp;1\/8 avec une sortie 3,4&nbsp;V 50&nbsp;A. La solution alimente l&rsquo;ASIC directement \u00e0 partir de la source d&rsquo;alimentation 100&nbsp;V, en faisant appel \u00e0 un minimum de composants externes, et en assurant un faible niveau de bruit.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les modules sont disponibles en bo\u00eetier Vicor SM-ChiP haute densit\u00e9 \u00e0 connexions BGA avec vernis \u00e9pargne en option en face sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure.
