Microchip Technology Inc. propose un concept consistant \u00e0 commencer \u00e0 travailler avec des dispositifs du commerce (COTS pour Commercial Off The Shelf), puis de les remplacer ult\u00e9rieurement par des composants \u00e9quivalents, tol\u00e9rants aux rayonnements (RT) et qualifi\u00e9es pour le spatial. Microchip annonce aujourd&rsquo;hui avoir \u00e9largi sa famille d&rsquo;options SuperFlash RT \u00e0 base COTS pour ce type d\u2019applications, et associe la tol\u00e9rance TID (Total Ionizing Dose, ou dose ionisante totale) hors-pair de 50\u00a0krad de la technologie m\u00e9moire Microchip, \u00e0 une m\u00e9moire flash NOR s\u00e9rie 64\u00a0bits quadruple E\/S, utilisable dans les environnements difficiles des syst\u00e8mes a\u00e9rospatiaux et de d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le dispositif SuperFlash <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microchip.com\/en-us\/product\/SST26LF064RT\">SST26LF064RT<\/a> apporte la meilleure performance TID du march\u00e9 \u00e0 une solution m\u00e9moire s\u00e9rie quadruple E\/S de 64\u00a0Mbits, qui peut fonctionner avec n&rsquo;importe quel FPGA \u00e0 base SRAM, dans diverses applications spatiales,\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clare Bob Vampola, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident Associ\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;A\u00e9rospatial et la D\u00e9fense, chez Microchip. \u00ab\u00a0Cette m\u00e9moire est parfaite pour les constellations de satellites en orbite basse (LEO pour Low Earth Orbit) et autres environnements \u00e0 fortes radiations, o\u00f9 une m\u00e9moire flash compl\u00e9mentaire est n\u00e9cessaire pour stocker le code logiciel critique, ou le flux binaire pilotant l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9moires flash NOR SuperFlash de Microchip utilisent une architecture propri\u00e9taire de cellules \u00e0 grille divis\u00e9e pour am\u00e9liorer les performances, la r\u00e9tention de donn\u00e9es, et la fiabilit\u00e9 par rapport aux m\u00e9moires flash classiques \u00e0 grille empil\u00e9e. Tout comme la m\u00e9moire SuperFlash parall\u00e8le Microchip, la SuperFlash s\u00e9rie peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme m\u00e9moire de configuration avec un FPGA, ou d&rsquo;autres solutions Microchip, comme le microcontr\u00f4leur r\u00e9sistant aux radiations (Rad Hard) SAMRH707, bas\u00e9 sur le Cortex-M7 d&rsquo;Arm.
