L&rsquo;EPC2221 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes lidar pour robots, syst\u00e8mes de surveillance, drones, voitures autonomes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La faible inductance et capacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;EPC2221 permet une commutation rapide (100 MHz) et des largeurs d&rsquo;impulsion \u00e9troites (2 ns) pour une r\u00e9solution \u00e9lev\u00e9e et un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9.\u00a0De plus, les dimensions r\u00e9duites 1,35 mm x 1,35 mm facilitent l&rsquo;implantation sur les CI.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;EPC2221 a effectu\u00e9 des tests de qualification AEC Q101 rigoureux pour l&rsquo;automobile, notamment des tests d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 avec polarisation (H3TRB), une polarisation inverse \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (HTRB), une polarisation de grille \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (HTGB) et un cycle de temp\u00e9rature (TC), ainsi que plusieurs autres tests.<\/p>\n<p>En plus du lidar dans les applications automobiles exigeantes, l&rsquo;EPC2221 est parfaitement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la conversion CC-CC haute fr\u00e9quence, aux applications d&rsquo;alimentation sans fil et au redressement synchrone.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;EPC2221 est disponible aupr\u00e8s de Digi-Key Electronics. Les concepteurs souhaitant remplacer leurs MOSFET au silicium par une solution GaN peuvent utiliser l&rsquo;outil de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence crois\u00e9e de l&rsquo;EPC GaN Power Bench pour trouver une possibilit\u00e9 de remplacement en fonction de leurs conditions de fonctionnement uniques.
