Rohde &amp; Schwarz a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le r\u00e9cepteur de mesure R&amp;S FSMR3000AF qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 ces exigences pour \u00e9talonner avec un seul instrument des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de signaux et des att\u00e9nuateurs. Cette solution permet de r\u00e9aliser des mesures de niveau RF accord\u00e9es, de niveau et de modulation analogique ainsi que des analyses de spectre. Il s&rsquo;agit de la deuxi\u00e8me commande pass\u00e9e par l&rsquo;AFMETCAL \u00e0 Rohde &amp; Schwarz en l&rsquo;espace de quelques mois.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;AFMETCAL est charg\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage des \u00e9quipements utilis\u00e9s par l&rsquo;US Air Force dans le monde entier. Elle r\u00e9dige l&rsquo;ensemble des proc\u00e9dures d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage des \u00e9quipements destin\u00e9es \u00e0 plus de 60 laboratoires PMEL. L&rsquo;AFMETCAL souhaitait \u00e9talonner la plupart des param\u00e8tres d\u2019un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de signaux avec le r\u00e9cepteur de mesure micro-ondes R&amp;S FSMR3000AF qui prend \u00e9galement en charge les techniques de modulation analogique AM, FM et PM. Elle a \u00e9galement fait l&rsquo;acquisition de syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alignement et\/ou d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements ou d&rsquo;accessoires n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la recertification et au r\u00e9glage p\u00e9riodiques du r\u00e9cepteur de mesure micro-ondes. Cet achat vise \u00e0 remplacer et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le r\u00e9cepteur de mesure micro-ondes utilis\u00e9 depuis 2005. Il s&rsquo;agissait alors du premier r\u00e9cepteur reposant sur une plateforme d&rsquo;analyse spectrale.<br \/>\nLa plate-forme de test reposant sur le r\u00e9cepteur de mesure FSMR3000AF a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue afin de simplifier les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019\u00e9talonnage en laboratoire des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de signaux et des att\u00e9nuateurs. Elle dispose de caract\u00e9ristiques et de fonctionnalit\u00e9s innovantes qui lui permettent de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cet objectif. Les instruments dont la bande de fr\u00e9quence atteint 26,5 GHz et 50 GHz int\u00e8grent dans un seul et m\u00eame bo\u00eetier l&rsquo;ensemble des capacit\u00e9s de mesure n\u00e9cessaires. La solution d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage pr\u00e9sente ainsi un encombrement minimal.<br \/>\nLe FSMR3000AF se distingue par sa dynamique \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Il pr\u00e9sente en effet une plage de mesure de niveau de -148 dBm \u00e0 +30 dBm. En outre, son excellente lin\u00e9arit\u00e9, de 0,01 dB + 0,005 dB par pas de 10 dB, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9talonnage de la puissance absolue \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une sonde de puissance, permet d\u2019obtenir des mesures de niveau de grande pr\u00e9cision.<br \/>\nLe FSMR3000AF int\u00e8gre une fonction d&rsquo;analyse de modulation analogique qui permet d&rsquo;effectuer des mesures de modulation AM, FM et PM. Il est possible de mesurer des profondeurs de modulation AM de 0 % \u00e0 100 % et des d\u00e9viations de fr\u00e9quence FM allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 16 MHz. Pour l\u2019analyse de la modulation, l\u2019instrument pr\u00e9sente une bande d\u2019analyse du signal allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 MHz obtenue via un convertisseur A\/N de 16 bits de r\u00e9solution \u00e9chantillonnant les signaux \u00e0 200 M\u00e9ch\/s. Des mesures de modulation sur les signaux num\u00e9riques sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9alisables avec l\u2019installation de l\u2019option d\u2019analyse vectorielle de signaux.<br \/>\nLe FSMR3000AF permet d&rsquo;effectuer des analyses spectrales de haute performance. Pour les signaux de fr\u00e9quences sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 8 GHz, le FSMR3000AF propose une option de filtre de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection pour traiter la suppression de la fr\u00e9quence image et les produits de m\u00e9lange ind\u00e9sirables. Il peut ainsi r\u00e9aliser une analyse compl\u00e8te des harmoniques, des \u00e9missions parasites ou du bruit de phase jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50 GHz. Des fonctions marqueur et de mesure pour tous les param\u00e8tres pertinents du spectre permettent notamment de mesurer la puissance du bruit, l\u2019ACLR, la distorsion harmonique, la largeur de bande occup\u00e9e, les masques d\u2019\u00e9mission du spectre. La largeur de bande de r\u00e9solution peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e entre 1 Hz et 10 MHz. Des filtres de canal sont \u00e9galement propos\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLe FSMR3000AF de Rohde &amp; Schwarz sera utilis\u00e9 dans le cadre du programme de m\u00e9trologie et d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e de l&rsquo;air (AFMETCAL) afin de s&rsquo;assurer de la pr\u00e9cision, de l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 et de la fiabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes et des \u00e9quipements de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e de l&rsquo;air (AF) et de garantir leur tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 vis \u00e0 vis de l&rsquo;institut national de m\u00e9trologie ou d&rsquo;autres sources approuv\u00e9es par l&rsquo;AFMETCAL.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rohde-schwarz.com\">www.rohde-schwarz.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rohde &#038;
