Cette r\u00e9alisation est consid\u00e9rablement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en termes de nombre de qubits et de rendement que les process universitaires et de laboratoire typiques utilis\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de QuTech, une collaboration entre l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de technologie de Delft (TU Delft) et l&rsquo;Organisation n\u00e9erlandaise pour la recherche scientifique appliqu\u00e9e (TNO), a cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s les premiers qubits en silicium \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle dans l&rsquo;usine de fabrication D1 d&rsquo;Intel \u00e0 Hillsboro, dans l&rsquo;Oregon. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/quantum-network-for-amsterdam\/\">Quantum network for Amsterdam<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/siemens-fait-equipe-avec-pasqal-pour-leda-quantique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Siemens fait \u00e9quipe avec Pasqal pour l\u2019EDA quantique<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Les points quantiques qui sont h\u00e9berg\u00e9s sur une interface Si\/SiO2 et permettent un bon contr\u00f4le de la barri\u00e8re tunnel, une caract\u00e9ristique cruciale pour les portes \u00e0 deux qubits tol\u00e9rantes aux pannes. Le fonctionnement du qubit \u00e0 spin unique utilisant la r\u00e9sonance magn\u00e9tique dans le r\u00e9gime \u00e0 quelques \u00e9lectrons r\u00e9v\u00e8le des temps de relaxation sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 1\u2009s \u00e0 1\u2009T et des temps de coh\u00e9rence sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 3\u2009ms. La recherche a \u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41928-022-00727-9\">publi\u00e9e dans la revue Nature Electronics<\/a> et est la premi\u00e8re recherche d&rsquo;Intel \u00e9valu\u00e9e par des pairs d\u00e9montrant la fabrication r\u00e9ussie de qubits sur du silicium de 300 mm.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\"> Le process utilise la lithographie enti\u00e8rement optique pour produire des qubits \u00e0 spin de silicium, le m\u00eame \u00e9quipement qui est utilis\u00e9 pour produire les puces CMOS d&rsquo;Intel. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 pour les processeurs quantiques, d\u00e9montrant qu&rsquo;il est possible que des qubits soient \u00e9ventuellement produits aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de puces conventionnelles dans les m\u00eames installations de fabrication industrielle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;informatique quantique a le potentiel de fournir des performances exponentielles pour certaines applications dans l&rsquo;espace du calcul haute performance\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 James Clarke, directeur de Quantum Hardware chez Intel. \u00ab Nos recherches prouvent qu&rsquo;un ordinateur quantique \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle est non seulement r\u00e9alisable, mais pourrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre produit dans une usine de puces existante.
