Samsung devrait \u00e9galement recevoir un soutien important du gouvernement am\u00e9ricain pour son engagement, qui serait en cours de n\u00e9gociation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Samsung a achet\u00e9 un terrain en 2020 et a r\u00e9cemment demand\u00e9 un permis de construire. Le plan pr\u00e9voit que la construction des batiments d\u00e9bute cette ann\u00e9e avec la production de plaquettes qui devrait commencer en 2023. Ce serait sur un calendrier similaire ou m\u00eame l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en avance sur celui de TSMC.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>En mai 2020, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 qu&rsquo;Intel \u00e9tait en pourparlers avec le d\u00e9partement am\u00e9ricain de la D\u00e9fense et que TSMC \u00e9tait en pourparlers avec le d\u00e9partement am\u00e9ricain du Commerce et que Samsung \u00e9tait \u00e9galement approch\u00e9 pour \u00e9tendre sa pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 Austin (voir <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewsanalog.com\/news\/us-talks-intel-tsmc-about-building-local-foundry-fabs\">US talks to
