Particuli\u00e8rement optimis\u00e9e pour les applications n\u00e9cessitant une d\u00e9tection de signaux optiques extr\u00eamement rapide, cette nouvelle photodiode \u00e0 avalanche (APD) lnGaAs rapide offre un faible bruit, un gain et une efficacit\u00e9 quantique \u00e9lev\u00e9s, et ce, dans une large gamme spectrale allant de 1000 \u00e0 1700 nm. Propos\u00e9e en diff\u00e9rents bo\u00eetiers TO herm\u00e9tiques, soit en espace libre, soit fibr\u00e9 pour un couplage optimal sur sur son diam\u00e8tre actif de 30 \u00b5m. Au final, cette combinaison remarquable fait de la nouvelle photodiode InGaAs C30733 une solution id\u00e9ale pour toutes les applications et syst\u00e8mes de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie laser et de test et mesure t\u00e9l\u00e9com.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des caract\u00e9ristiques tr\u00e8s avantageuses pour un large champ d\u2019applications de pointe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une photodiode \u00e0 avalanche (APD) est un composant opto\u00e9lectronique qui se distingue des autres d\u00e9tecteurs par l\u2019effet avalanche permettant de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un gain tr\u00e8s important (qui peut \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 500) par rapport \u00e0 une photodiode PIN. Ce gain permet de d\u00e9tecter des flux lumineux tr\u00e8s faibles.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019agissant de la nouvelle photodiode APD InGaAs C30733, celle-ci offre des caract\u00e9ristiques particuli\u00e8rement avantageuses :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bande passante \u00e9lev\u00e9e (3 GHz typ.)<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilit\u00e9 spectrale \u00e9lev\u00e9e: 0,94 A\/W<\/li>\n<li>Faible courant version fibr\u00e9e (avec connecteur FC\/PC<\/li>\n<li>Conforme RoHS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Outre les domaines de la spectrophotom\u00e9trie, la t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie laser, la microscopie confocale et la d\u00e9tection par fluorescence, la nouvelle photodiode InGaAs C30733 offre un large champ d\u2019applications possibles.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, sa plage de d\u00e9tection comprise entre 1000 et 1700 nm permet par exemple, de couvrir les applications de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication dans la bande spectrale 1300 \u00e0 1650 nm, avec une grande pr\u00e9cision et notamment
