Une entreprise d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie japonaise, Fukaden Corporation, participe \u00e0 cet effort humanitaire en fournissant de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie aux stations de base de communication mobile int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans des drones captifs de grande puissance. Ces drones l\u00e9gers et portables peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par les premiers secours pour fournir, une fois sur place, des capacit\u00e9s de communication quasi instantan\u00e9es. Les premiers secours disposent ainsi du soutien dont ils ont besoin pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions et communiquer rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec les grands op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications au Japon, Fukaden a effectu\u00e9 des tests de d\u00e9monstration de son unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;alimentation principale Power Control BOX\u00a0II, qui fournit de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie au drone via son c\u00e2ble d\u2019ancrage. Celui-ci permet de d\u00e9livrer une puissance de 1\u00a0kW jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un distance de 150\u00a0m\u00e8tres La puissance peut aussi \u00eatre facilement augment\u00e9e en utilisant plusieurs unit\u00e9s en parall\u00e8le pour tripler la puissance jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3\u00a0kW, ce qui permet de fournir un service cellulaire sur un diam\u00e8tre de 10\u00a0km. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une tension plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e permet d\u2019utiliser un c\u00e2ble plus fin donc plus l\u00e9ger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Historiquement, l&rsquo;inconv\u00e9nient des drones captifs \u00e9tait la grosseur et le poids du c\u00e2ble d\u2019alimentation. Un c\u00e2ble long et lourd rajoute du poids et offre plus de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019air, ce qui n\u00e9cessite plus de puissance et limite la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ajouter de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s au drone, comme des capteurs ou des cam\u00e9ras vid\u00e9o haute r\u00e9solution.<\/p>\n<p>Les drones Fukaden ont besoin d&rsquo;une puissance de 1 \u00e0 5\u00a0kW, et l&rsquo;augmentation de la tension d&rsquo;alimentation de 24 \u00e0 370\u00a0V r\u00e9duit le courant d&rsquo;alimentation d\u2019un facteur\u00a015. Cela permet d\u2019utiliser un c\u00e2ble d&rsquo;ancrage plus fin, dont le poids est r\u00e9duit d\u2019un facteur sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10, puisqu\u2019il passe de 125 \u00e0 11,1\u00a0g par m\u00e8tre, pour un c\u00e2ble d&rsquo;alimentation de 1\u00a0kW.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;alimentation du drone en 370\u00a0V n\u00e9cessite l&rsquo;installation dans le drone d&rsquo;un module convertisseur CC-CC haute densit\u00e9 plus l\u00e9ger pour ramener la tension \u00e0 24\u00a0V CC, n\u00e9cessaires au fonctionnement des moteurs.<\/p>\n<p>La conception initiale du convertisseur CC-CC haute tension de Fukaden pesait trop lourd et prenait trop de place. L&rsquo;entreprise a donc cherch\u00e9 un convertisseur CC-CC compact et l\u00e9ger, et a remplac\u00e9 son gros convertisseur par un module de puissance Vicor DCM. Le Vicor DCM est un module convertisseur CC-CC isol\u00e9 qui utilise une technologie haute fr\u00e9quence avec la commutation au z\u00e9ro de tension (ZVS), qui se caract\u00e9rise par un rendement et une densit\u00e9 de puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9s. L&rsquo;utilisation du DCM a permis de r\u00e9duire le volume de 75% et le poids de plus de 50%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construire des drones de communication plus performants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le drone de communication Fukaden de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration n\u00e9cessite jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 9\u00a0kW. En utilisant une alimentation de tension sup\u00e9rieure (700\u00a0VCC), un c\u00e2ble plus fin, et en passant \u00e0 3\u00a0convertisseurs de bus Vicor BCM en parall\u00e8le, Fukaden a pu faire grimper la puissance \u00e0 4,5\u00a0kW. Pour passer \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 9\u00a0kW, deux unit\u00e9s d&rsquo;alimentation Fukaden ont \u00e9t\u00e9 connect\u00e9es en parall\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au surcro\u00eet de puissance, le drone peut voler pendant 92\u00a0heures et maintenir un diam\u00e8tre de zone de communication de 10\u00a0km. L&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des performances permet \u00e9galement \u00e0 la station de base de mieux fonctionner dans tous types de conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques d\u00e9favorables.<\/p>\n<p>Les modules d&rsquo;alimentation, petits et l\u00e9gers, ont facilit\u00e9 la conception et l\u2019adaptation de la puissance, tout en facilitant le montage de la station de base du drone et son d\u00e9ploiement pour des missions strat\u00e9giques vitales. Les stations de base portables Fukaden sont en train de devenir rapidement essentielles pour les premiers secours en cas de catastrophe naturelle. Leur polyvalence et leur portabilit\u00e9 sont des atouts majeurs pour les op\u00e9rations de secours au Japon et dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n<p><a
