Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces exigences, les composants propos\u00e9s par SMP sont conformes aux crit\u00e8res de la classification thermique H (180\u00b0C) selon la norme EN 60085 ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 ceux de la classification de comportement au feu HL3 selon la norme EN 45545. Les classes de protection s\u2019\u00e9tendent de IP00 \u00e0 IP66 selon la norme EN 60529. Ainsi les composants SMP peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans des environnements class\u00e9s PD4 et ce, tant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du redresseur ou de l\u2019installation \u00e9lectrique. Les types de refroidissement convenant aux composants sont le refroidissement par air, par eau ou par convection libre. Pour garantir un fonctionnement continu, la fiabilit\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans les applications environnementales\u00a0: Ainsi, de nombreux composants SMP sont en service depuis plus de 30 ans sans aucune d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Afin de pr\u00e9server durablement les ressources et de minimiser les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;exploitation courants, les composants doivent pr\u00e9senter un bilan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique optimal. Les mati\u00e8res constitutives des composants SMP, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es et produites en interne, se caract\u00e9risent par des pertes minimales par courants de Foucault et par hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis. Les mati\u00e8res sont extraordinairement efficaces sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, ce qui permet de r\u00e9aliser des composants extr\u00eamement compacts et \u00e0 faibles pertes, avec une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e et un rendement maximal pour toutes les exigences, m\u00eame les plus strictes. Afin de pr\u00e9server l&rsquo;environnement, l&rsquo;homme et la faune, tous les mat\u00e9riaux de la m\u00e9tallurgie des poudres sont exempts de magn\u00e9tostriction, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;\u00e9mettent aucun bruit. La configuration ferm\u00e9e des composants permet de minimiser le champ magn\u00e9tique de fuite, ce dont profitent non seulement les composants \u00e9lectroniques adjacents, mais \u00e9galement les animaux vivant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des installations. La conception compacte se distinguant par un volume et un poids minimis\u00e9 permet \u00e9galement de faire des \u00e9conomies sur l&rsquo;espace de montage n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>La gamme d&rsquo;applications des composants de SMP porte sur des courants allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3\u00a0000 A, des fr\u00e9quences de l\u2019ordre du gigahertz et une induction de saturation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 Tesla. Tous les composants sont conformes aux normes RoHS et REACH et ils sont certifi\u00e9s CE, EAC et UKCA.
