En ajoutant \u00e0 cette famille NOR Flash un composant 64Mbits Winbond r\u00e9pond au besoin des appareils compacts \u00e0 code \u00e9tendu. La nouvelle W25Q64NE, disponible d\u00e8s maintenant en \u00e9chantillonnage, est propos\u00e9e en bo\u00eetiers compacts tels que USON8-3&#215;4 et WLCSP, avec brochage standard.<\/p>\n<p>Les composants Winbond 1.2V r\u00e9duisent d&rsquo;un tiers la consommation en mode actif compar\u00e9s aux composants 1.8V \u00e9quivalents. Typiquement 99% de la consommation totale des accessoires mobiles et port\u00e9s se produit en mode actif, c&rsquo;est pourquoi les fabricants d&rsquo;appareils aliment\u00e9s par une\u00a0\u00a0 petite batterie et utilisant la famille NOR Flash 1.2V de Winbond seront capables d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre la dur\u00e9e de fonctionnement entre recharges.<\/p>\n<p>Winbond a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00a0\u00bb La dur\u00e9e de fonctionnement inter-recharge est devenue un crit\u00e8re essentiel dans les d\u00e9cisions d&rsquo;achat des consommateurs pour les nouveaux produits de type oreillettes sans fil et montres connect\u00e9es. Cela signifie que la nouvelle W25Q64NE apporte aux fabricants de tels accessoires une valeur ajout\u00e9e instantan\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs produits.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En mode lecture actif \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de 50MHz une SpiFlash 1.8V sous un courant de 4mA consomme 7.2mW. A 1,2V et dans les m\u00eames conditions de fr\u00e9quence et de courant la consommation de la W25Q64NE n&rsquo;est que de 4.8mW, soit une \u00e9conomie imm\u00e9diate de 33% par rapport \u00e0 une flash 1.8V.<\/p>\n<p>En plus des \u00e9conomies de consommation d&rsquo;autres avantages pourront r\u00e9sulter d&rsquo;un nouveau design syst\u00e8me. Le process des SoC \u00e9voluant vers une technologie plus avanc\u00e9e la tension des E\/S des nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations devient inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1,8V et n\u00e9cessitera une conversion de niveau pour se connecter \u00e0 une SPI Flash 1.8V\/3V traditionnelle, avec pour cons\u00e9quence des co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires et un design plus complexe. En utilisant une Flash 1.2V le SoC peut se connecter directement sans translation de niveau, avec r\u00e9duction du co\u00fbt de nomenclature et de la taille du circuit imprim\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;interface standard SPI NOR assure une haute performance avec un d\u00e9bit de transfert maximum de 42Moct\/s.
