Dans le m\u00eame temps, les m\u00eames rapports indiquent que les fabricants de puces europ\u00e9ens ont jusqu&rsquo;au d\u00e9but du mois de mars, ou le 1er mars, pour soumettre leurs plans et soumissions pour une subvention. C&rsquo;est ridicule.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Un membre du conseil d&rsquo;administration de Volkswagen a \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9 par Reuters, affirmant que Volkswagen aimerait pouvoir traiter avec des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes de semiconducteurs solides qui soient au moins \u00e0 \u00e9galit\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;Asie et les \u00c9tats-Unis. Il a ajout\u00e9 que l&rsquo;Europe devrait \u00eatre leader dans le domaine des logiciels et des puces et a \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e qu&rsquo;un IPCEI pourrait \u00eatre un v\u00e9hicule de subvention.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Altmaier semble avoir eu l&rsquo;esprit concentr\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;approche qu&rsquo;il a d\u00fb faire \u00e0 son homologue \u00e0 Taiwan r\u00e9cemment, en demandant de l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 des fonderies pour fabriquer plus de puces automobiles. Il semblerait que le lobbying de Volkswagen, Daimler, BMW et autres l&rsquo;ait motiv\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewsanalog.com\/news\/germany-asks-tsmc-prioritize-automotive-chips\">Germany asks TSMC to prioritize automotive chips<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour installer des \u00e9quipements de fabrication de puces et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la production signifie que ni les subventions \u00e0 court terme ni \u00e0 long terme ne feront de diff\u00e9rence face aux probl\u00e8mes auxquels seront confront\u00e9s Volkswagen et les autres constructeurs automobiles au cours du 1S21.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Il y a deux types de subventions auquelles il faut penser ici. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>L&rsquo;un est la solution tactique qui fournit de l&rsquo;argent aux entreprises europ\u00e9ennes de semiconducteurs pour augmenter leur capacit\u00e9 de fabrication des puces de puissance, RF et signaux mixtes qu&rsquo;elles fabriquent d\u00e9j\u00e0. Il n&rsquo;est pas surprenant que des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s comme Infineon, NXP, Globalfoundries et STMicroelectronics soient impatientes de recevoir de l&rsquo;argent pour faire ce qu&rsquo;elles allaient faire de toute fa\u00e7on &#8211; et auraient autrement d\u00fb demander aux actionnaires de les financer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Cet argent peut \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9 et d\u00e9pens\u00e9 rapidement et pourrait faire une diff\u00e9rence en 2022 et 2023. Mais cela n&rsquo;aidera pas n\u00e9cessairement Volkswagen \u00e0 obtenir une unit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le moteur avanc\u00e9e ou un processeur de conduite autonome capable d&rsquo;apprentissage automatique. Ce sont des puces logiques num\u00e9riques avanc\u00e9es qui sont fabriqu\u00e9es par TSMC \u00e0 Taiwan pour NXP, Mobileye, Infineon et autres. Suivant: Support strat\u00e9gique des semi-conducteurs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><em>\u00e0 suivre: un support strat\u00e9gique pour les semiconducteurs<\/em><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>La capacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Europe \u00e0 fabriquer et \u00e0 fournir des puces num\u00e9riques et d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle de pointe ne peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9e que par le deuxi\u00e8me type de subvention et plus encore en termes de changement culturel. Cette subvention serait celle qui produit un changement de direction par un ou plusieurs fabricants de puces \u00abeurop\u00e9ens\u00bb. Cela n\u00e9cessite la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une fabrique de plaquettes de pointe d&rsquo;un co\u00fbt de 10 milliards de dollars ou plus pour h\u00e9berger au moins un processus de fabrication \u00e0 5 nm ou 3 nm. C&rsquo;est, en substance, ce que TSMC a \u00e9t\u00e9 persuad\u00e9 de d\u00e9penser pour installer une Fab en Arizona et n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 persuad\u00e9 de faire de m\u00eame au Japon.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronique-eci.com\/news\/tsmc-et-le-japon-se-partagent-le-cout-dune-usine-de-ci-tokyo\">TSMC et le Japon se partagent le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;une usine de CI \u00e0 Tokyo<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronique-eci.com\/news\/tsmc-confirme-sa-fab-5nm-35-milliards-en-arizona\">TSMC confirme sa Fab 5nm \u00e0 $3,5 milliards en Arizona<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronique-eci.com\/news\/tsmc-prepare-le-process-de-fabrication-2nm\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>TSMC pr\u00e9pare le process de fabrication 2nm<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Ironiquement, il co\u00fbterait beaucoup moins cher d&rsquo;essayer d&rsquo;assurer la position de l&rsquo;Europe en tant que leader des puces informatiques quantiques, car les \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de fabrication qui profitent \u00e0 TSMC et Samsung dans les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s n&rsquo;existent pas encore manifest\u00e9es dans la technologie de l&rsquo;informatique quantique.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronique-eci.com\/news\/leurope-bientot-leader-mondial-de-linformatique-quantique\">L\u2019Europe bient\u00f4t leader mondial de l\u2019informatique quantique ?<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronique-eci.com\/news\/infineon-va-produire-un-processeur-quantique\">Infineon va produire un processeur quantique<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>L&rsquo;Europe a essay\u00e9 de distribuer de l&rsquo;argent pr\u00e9cedement en esp\u00e9rant pouvoir cr\u00e9er une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de semi-onducteurs de premier plan. L&rsquo;initiative dite \u00ab\u00a0 Airbus-of-chips \u00a0\u00bb ou 10\/20\/100 est tomb\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;oreille de sourds en 2013.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Le co\u00fbt r\u00e9el de la reconstruction d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9sence dans la fabrication de puces de pointe afin que l&rsquo;Europe puisse \u00eatre strat\u00e9giquement ind\u00e9pendante dans des domaines tels que l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle est probablement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100 milliards d&rsquo;euros et n\u00e9cessiterait des efforts constants sur une d\u00e9cennie ou plus. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019id\u00e9e selon laquelle les entreprises europ\u00e9ennes doivent d\u00e9poser leurs demandes d\u2019argent avant le 1er mars semble \u00e0 la fois d\u00e9routante et ridicule \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>La question strat\u00e9gique est en fait la suivante: quels sont les fabricants de semiconducteurs qui vont prendre l&rsquo;argent des contribuables pour aller \u00e0 la fine pointe de la miniaturisation des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au nom de l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance strat\u00e9gique de l&rsquo;Europe. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, je ne vois personne: ni Infineon, ni NXP, ni Globalfoundries, ni STMicroelectronics pr\u00eats \u00e0 lever la main pour jouer ce
