Cela active un r\u00e9gulateur minuscule qui fournit un contr\u00f4le stable de l&rsquo;ABB dans la puce.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>FD-SOI permet la polarisation du corps du transistor qui agit comme une grille arri\u00e8re. Contrairement \u00e0 la technologie conventionnelle, FD-SOI permet une large plage de tension de la polarisation du corps du transistor. Cela permet de compenser les variabilit\u00e9s du process, de tension et de temp\u00e9rature (PVT) en contr\u00f4lant la tension de seuil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Par exemple, dans les op\u00e9rations de commutation, lorsque le commutateur est activ\u00e9, la polarisation du corps est modifi\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant en r\u00e9duisant la tension de seuil et en laissant passer plus de courant. Cela augmente les performances et le rendement des conceptions dans la technologie de processus FD-SOI 22 nm actuelle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>\u00abLe d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;ABB est une perc\u00e9e pour la technologie FD-SOI car il montre pour la premi\u00e8re fois des r\u00e9sultats illustrant l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des performances du circuit apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;ABB, et il contribuera \u00e0 augmenter les performances et les rendements dans les conceptions FD-SOI\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ga\u00ebl Pillonnet, scientifique du CEA-Leti et auteur de l&rsquo;article de l&rsquo;ISSCC. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre technique, un grand nombre de puces fonctionnent correctement. Notre ABB est polyvalent et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour piloter une grande zone num\u00e9rique sans aucune limitation pour toute technologie FD-SOI. \u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Avec cette nouvelle architecture, la zone ABB est relativement petite par rapport \u00e0 la conception de l&rsquo;application, et \u00e0 la fois en zone et en puissance, elle permet \u00e0 la conception de l&rsquo;application de
