Ltd.), r\u00e9alise la majorit\u00e9 de sa fabrication sur l&rsquo;\u00eele de Ta\u00efwan, mais est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;eau sur ses principaux sites de fabrication. Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 une s\u00e9cheresse affectant l&rsquo;ensemble de la partie ouest la plus peupl\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00eele.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>En m\u00eame temps, la Fab S2 de Samsung \u00e0 Austin, au Texas, a \u00e9t\u00e9 contrainte de cesser ses activit\u00e9s en raison de coupures de courant continuelles dues \u00e0 la neige et au froid extr\u00eame (voir <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewsanalog.com\/news\/qualcomm-tesla-renesas-hit-samsungs-texan-winter\">Qualcomm, Tesla, Renesas hit by Samsung&rsquo;s Texan winter<\/a><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>). Bien que le temps se soit am\u00e9lior\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion, le journal Business Korea a signal\u00e9 que Samsung souffrait d\u00e9sormais d&rsquo;une p\u00e9nurie d&rsquo;eau en raison du gel des rivi\u00e8res locales et des r\u00e9seaux d&rsquo;approvisionnement en eau.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Les fabs de production de semiconducteurs utilisent de tr\u00e8s grandes quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;eau dans la plupart des \u00e9tapes de fabrication des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, en particulier parce que les surfaces doivent \u00eatre propres au niveau nanoscopique entre chaque processus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Un site Web appel\u00e9 Anue rapporte qu&rsquo;en raison de l&rsquo;absence de typhons \u00e0 Taiwan en 2020, il y a un manque d&rsquo;eau dans la r\u00e9gion de Hsinchu. Le ministre Wang Mei-hua a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 lors d&rsquo;une conf\u00e9rence de presse \u00e0 Taipei que bien que 40 mm de pluie soient tomb\u00e9s pendant les vacances du Nouvel An chinois, cela ne suffisait pas pour \u00e9viter la diminution des r\u00e9serves d&rsquo;eau du pays.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Le rapport ajoute que l&rsquo;Agence des ressources en eau de Taiwan a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l&rsquo;utilisation industrielle de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 Hsinchu, Miaoli et Taichung devait \u00eatre r\u00e9duite de 11% et que les utilisateurs d&rsquo;eau industriels de Tainan et Chiayi devaient r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;utilisation de 7%. Les entreprises qui ne respectent pas les exigences verront leur eau coup\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>La saison s\u00e8che ne se termine qu&rsquo;en mai et les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques ont pr\u00e9dit que f\u00e9vrier et mars seront plus secs que d&rsquo;habitude, selon le rapport. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>\u00e0 suivre: on travaille \u00e0 des solutions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>TSMC a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;eau dans le pass\u00e9 et a \u00e9tabli diverses strat\u00e9gies de recyclage de l&rsquo;eau. TSMC collecte l&rsquo;eau de condensation des syst\u00e8mes de climatisation et l&rsquo;eau de pluie pour augmenter son approvisionnement et construit des usines de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d&rsquo;eau.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 indique sur son site Web qu&rsquo;en 2019, le taux de recyclage moyen de l&rsquo;eau utilis\u00e9e dans les processus de production a atteint 86,7% et la quantit\u00e9 totale d&rsquo;eau recycl\u00e9e par TSMC a atteint 133,6 millions de tonnes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Le site Web indique \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;il y a un objectif 2021 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 l&rsquo;usineYongkang, Tainan &#8211; dans le sud de Taiwan &#8211; pour \u00eatre en mesure de fournir \u00e0 TSMC 5000 tonnes d&rsquo;eau par jour et pour une autre usine de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 TSMC Tainan Science Park de fournir \u00e9galement 5 000 tonnes d\u2019eau par jour.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Il n&rsquo;est pas clair si ces mesures et d&rsquo;autres sont suffisantes pour r\u00e9pondre aux demandes de r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;eau impos\u00e9es \u00e0 TSMC. L&rsquo;alternative sera pour TSMC de r\u00e9duire sa production ce qui augmenterait les probl\u00e8mes actuels de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement mondiale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"fr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"auto\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><span>Taiwan dans son ensemble \u00e9tait responsable de 21,8% de l&rsquo;offre mondiale de puces en 2018, devant la Cor\u00e9e du Sud avec 21,3%.
