Avec l\u2019AQ6380, les formes d\u2019onde qui n\u2019\u00e9taient auparavant m\u00eame pas visible par un OSA standard comme les pics lat\u00e9raux de modulations de spectres de lasers, peuvent maintenant \u00eatre visualis\u00e9es. Il offre une large gamme de longueur d\u2019onde (1200 \u00e0 1650 nm) permettant de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 divers besoins de mesures avec un seul appareil. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9solution optique ajustable entre 5 pm et 2 nm, un large panel d\u2019applications sont possibles, de la mesure d\u2019un pic \u00e9troit \u00e0 celle d\u2019une large bande spectrale.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de garantir une grande pr\u00e9cision, l\u2019AQ6380 dispose d\u2019une source d\u2019\u00e9talonnage int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Cette calibration en longueur d\u2019onde peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et automatiquement par modification du chemin optique \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un switch optique interne. Ce dernier offre une dynamique de 65 dB et permet de distinguer nettement et pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment deux signaux tr\u00e8s rapproch\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouveau monochromateur \u00e9limine efficacement toutes lumi\u00e8res parasites, un crit\u00e8re important pour les mesures optiques. Par exemple, dans la mesure des SMSR d\u2019un laser, durant laquelle diff\u00e9rents spectres optiques de diff\u00e9rents niveaux d\u2019intensit\u00e9s sont mesur\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps, la lumi\u00e8re parasite peut interf\u00e9rer avec la mesure. L\u2019AQ6380 offre une suppression de lumi\u00e8re parasite de 80 dB qui est l\u2019une des meilleurs sur le march\u00e9.
