Ces nouveaux dispositifs sont les premiers CI commutateurs qualifi\u00e9s automobile \u00e0 int\u00e9grer un MOSFET de commutation primaire au carbure de silicium (SiC). D\u00e9livrant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 70\u00a0W en sortie, ces nouveaux CI sont destin\u00e9s aux v\u00e9hicules de tourisme \u00e0 batterie ou \u00e0 pile \u00e0 combustible de 600 ou 800\u00a0V, ainsi qu\u2019aux bus et camions \u00e9lectriques et \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications industrielles.<\/p>\n<p>Les CI InnoSwitch \u00e0 haut niveau d\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9duisent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50% le nombre de composants n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9lectrique, ce qui permet de gagner beaucoup de place sur les cartes \u00e9lectroniques, d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la fiabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes, et d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuer les probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;approvisionnement en composants. De multiples syst\u00e8mes du v\u00e9hicule sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 cette puissante source \u00e9lectrique, alors que certains circuits de commande \u00e9lectronique d\u00e9licats n&rsquo;ont besoin que de quelques volts pour fonctionner et communiquer. Les dispositifs InnoSwitch permettent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de puiser en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie disponible sur le bus principal, en occupant un minimum de place sur les cartes et sans gaspiller d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Le plus int\u00e9ressant est la possibilit\u00e9 de simplifier consid\u00e9rablement l&rsquo;alimentation de secours de l&rsquo;onduleur de traction principal, qui peut \u00eatre sollicit\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment pour fonctionner \u00e0 partir de n&rsquo;importe quelle tension comprise entre 30\u00a0V et 1000\u00a0V. Nos dispositifs InnoSwitch3-AQ en technologie SiC sont capables de g\u00e9rer cette plage tr\u00e8s large avec une incroyable facilit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Propos\u00e9s dans un bo\u00eetier compact InSOP-24D, ces nouveaux circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s utilisent une liaison de retour FluxLink, offrant une isolation renforc\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 5000\u00a0V<sub>RMS<\/sub> pour la commande au secondaire.<br \/>\nLa technologie FluxLink permet une d\u00e9tection directe de la tension de sortie, ce qui offre certains avantages, notamment une r\u00e9gulation pr\u00e9cise et une r\u00e9ponse transitoire extr\u00eamement rapide. Le circuit d\u00e9marre \u00e0 partir de 30\u00a0V sans circuit externe, ce qui est essentiel pour la s\u00fbret\u00e9 fonctionnelle. Les fonctions de protection suppl\u00e9mentaires comprennent des d\u00e9tections de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e insuffisante, et aussi de surtension ou de surintensit\u00e9 en sortie.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;inclusion d&rsquo;un redressement synchrone et d&rsquo;un contr\u00f4leur flyback CCM quasi-r\u00e9sonant (QR) permet d&rsquo;atteindre un rendement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 90%, r\u00e9pondant ainsi facilement aux exigences les plus strictes des \u00e9quipementiers.
