Tirant parti de technologies et de processus de fabrication avanc\u00e9s, Transcend am\u00e9liore les performances et la fiabilit\u00e9 des SSD et offre une solution de stockage durable pour l&rsquo;IA, la communication 5G, les serveurs d&rsquo;entreprise et les PC industriels.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la nouvelle technologie 3D NAND Flash, les cellules m\u00e9moire sont empil\u00e9es verticalement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 112 couches, la densit\u00e9 de stockage par cellule atteignant 1To, soit un doublement par rapport aux SSD \u00e0 96 couches. La technologie 3D NAND \u00e0 112 couches offre \u00e9galement des vitesses de transfert plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, avec un d\u00e9bit 50% sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur. Les SSD 3D NAND \u00e0 112 couches de Transcend offrent un taux d&rsquo;endurance de 3000 cycles P\/E, et sont capables de fonctionner en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature \u00e9tendue de -20\u00b0C \u00e0 75\u00b0C. Tous les SSD sont soumis \u00e0 des tests rigoureux afin de garantir une fiabilit\u00e9 optimale et une gestion totale des charges de travail industrielles les plus lourdes.<\/p>\n<p>Le SSD MTE720T est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une interface haut d\u00e9bit PCIe Gen4 x4 et d&rsquo;un contr\u00f4leur \u00e0 8 canaux, conformes au protocole NVMe 1.4. Gr\u00e2ce au cache DRAM DDR4 int\u00e9gr\u00e9, ses performances atteignent 7400\/6000Mo\/s, ce qui est id\u00e9al pour un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications riches en donn\u00e9es.
