Pour ce type d&rsquo;application, les coupleurs &agrave; transistor classiques n&rsquo;offrent pas un niveau de performances suffisant et ceux de classe 1 Mbits\/s sont souvent trop co&ucirc;teux. Ce photo-coupleur apporte une solution avantageuse, &agrave; la fois &eacute;conomique et performante gr&acirc;ce &agrave; sa LED infrarouge haute-puissance et &agrave; son phototransistor Darlington rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Ce composant est encapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier SO6L de seulement 2,3 mm d&rsquo;&eacute;paisseur. Avec une distance de fuite de 8 mm et une tension d&rsquo;isolement de 5 kV eff., il est bien adapt&eacute; aux applications n&eacute;cessitant un niveau d&rsquo;isolement &eacute;lev&eacute;.
