Tous deux pr&eacute;sentent une tension d&rsquo;isolement minimum de 5000 V eff.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni&egrave;res ann&eacute;es, la demande en produits d&rsquo;&eacute;conomie d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie a g&eacute;n&eacute;r&eacute; un besoin de syst&egrave;mes de puissance dot&eacute;s de rendements de plus en plus &eacute;lev&eacute;s. Offrant un d&eacute;lai de propagation tr&egrave;s court de 120 ns maximum et un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute;, tout en garantissant une distorsion de dur&eacute;e d&rsquo;impulsion de 40 ns maximum et un biais de d&eacute;lai de propagation de 70 ns maximum, ces photocoupleurs permettent de r&eacute;duire les temps morts d&rsquo;inverteur et contribuent &agrave; am&eacute;liorer globalement le rendement &eacute;nerg&eacute;tique.
