Ses larges gammes de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de sortie sont appropri&eacute;es &agrave; de nombreuses d&rsquo;applications industrielles, de tests et de mesures.<\/p>\n<p>La conception unique de ce circuit inclut une source de courant interne de 50 &micro;A de pr&eacute;cision, sur la broche I<sub>SET<\/sub>, qui lui donne la possibilit&eacute; de g&eacute;n&eacute;rer des tensions de sortie aussi basses que 0 V en utilisant une seule r&eacute;sistance de programmation externe. De plus, ce composant pr&eacute;sente une pr&eacute;cision de la tension de sortie de &plusmn;0,8% et une intensit&eacute; de sortie programmable d&rsquo;une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn;4%, sans r&eacute;sistance de mesure de courant. Sa fr&eacute;quence de commutation est programmable par l&rsquo;utilisateur de 300 kHz &agrave; 3 MHz, ce qui autorise l&#8217;emploi de condensateurs et inductances de petite taille et de faible co&ucirc;t. De plus, avec un bo&icirc;tier QFN-28 de 4 x 5 mm ou TSSOP-28, il pr&eacute;sente une empreinte tr&egrave;s compacte.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; ses transistors commutateurs internes de puissance &agrave; r&eacute;sistances RDS(0N) de seulement 110 mohms et 50 mohms, ce r&eacute;gulateur peut atteindre des rendements de 95%. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode lui assure un fort rendement aux faibles charges, avec un courant de repos de seulement 440 &micro;A. Pour les applications sensibles au bruit, la configuration en mode continu forc&eacute; pr&eacute;sente une tr&egrave;s faible ondulation en sortie.<br \/>\nSes caract&eacute;ristiques compl&eacute;mentaires incluent une gestion pr&eacute;cise du courant de sortie &agrave; &plusmn;4%, un indicateur de tension de sortie r&eacute;gul&eacute;e, la programmation de la compensation des chutes de tension dans les c&acirc;bles, la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;une synchronisation externe et une protection thermique.<\/p>\n<p>La version suffixe UFD est propos&eacute;e en bo&icirc;tier QFN-28, alors que celle &agrave; suffixe FE est pr&eacute;sent&eacute;e en bo&icirc;tier TSSOP-28, les deux &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es. Les versions de classe industrielle indice I sont garanties pour fonctionner dans la gamme de temp&eacute;rature de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a
