En plus d&rsquo;excellentes performances RF large bande, cela se traduit par une conception d&rsquo;&eacute;metteurs beaucoup plus &eacute;pur&eacute;s qu&rsquo;avec la plupart des solutions du march&eacute; pour les applications sans-fil &eacute;volu&eacute;es d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<br \/>\nCouvrant une bande passante de 600 MHz &agrave; 3000 MHz, cet amplificateur hautes performances peut r&eacute;pondre aux besoins de diff&eacute;rentes applications d&rsquo;&eacute;metteur RF avec un seul et m&ecirc;me dispositif. En outre, il pr&eacute;sente un gain typique de 13 dB, un taux de r&eacute;jection en mode commun CMRR de 20 dB, et une lin&eacute;arit&eacute; tr&egrave;s &eacute;lev&eacute;e de 42 dBm OIP3 &agrave; 2000 MHz.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Aujourd&rsquo;hui, le F1423 rejoint notre gamme en plein essor de produits RF r&eacute;ellement innovants. Avec son balun et son circuit d&rsquo;adaptation interne, il r&eacute;duit l&rsquo;encombrement global et les co&ucirc;ts, tout en simplifiant la conception d&rsquo;&eacute;metteurs,&quot; affirme Chris Stephens, Directeur G&eacute;n&eacute;ral de la division RF d&rsquo;IDT. &quot;L&rsquo;offre IDT va des composants passifs aux composants actifs RF, et le recours &agrave; des technologies de conception innovantes propri&eacute;taires nous permet de r&eacute;duite les co&ucirc;ts, d&rsquo;am&eacute;liorer le rapport signal\/bruit (SNR), et de proposer des produits tr&egrave;s fiables dans des bo&icirc;tiers tr&egrave;s petits.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Ce composant dispose d&rsquo;une entr&eacute;e diff&eacute;rentielle RF 50 ohms et d&rsquo;une sortie simple terminaison d&rsquo;une puissance jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 22 dB pour une compression de 1 dB. Il est particuli&egrave;rement bien adapt&eacute; aux facteurs cr&ecirc;te &eacute;lev&eacute;s, aux bandes passantes tr&egrave;s larges, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux signaux modul&eacute;s 2G, 3G et 4G complexes provenant des CNA et des transpondeurs RF int&eacute;gr&eacute;s.<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier QFN-24 de seulement 4 x 4 mm, cet amplificateur fonctionne &agrave; partir
