A partir d&rsquo;une alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 3 V &agrave; 17 V, le mode &eacute;l&eacute;vateur assure une charge efficace d&rsquo;un ensemble de condensateurs &eacute;lectrolytiques jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 40 V, avec une intensit&eacute; du commutateur interne de 2 A. En mode de sauvegarde, lorsque l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e tombe en dessous du seuil programmable de d&eacute;faillance de l&rsquo;alimentation PFI (Power-fail), le chargeur &eacute;l&eacute;vateur fonctionne &agrave; l&rsquo;inverse, en r&eacute;gulateur abaisseur synchrone, pour alimenter et connecter le rail du syst&egrave;me sur le condensateur de sauvegarde. Pendant la sauvegarde, la limite de l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du courant peut &ecirc;tre programm&eacute;e de 2 A &agrave; 4 A, rendant ce composant bien appropri&eacute; aux syst&egrave;mes d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie importante &agrave; condensateur de sauvegarde de relativement faible dur&eacute;e, aux syst&egrave;mes de sauvegarde en cas de d&eacute;faillance d&rsquo;alimentation, aux disques &eacute;lectroniques SSD et aux charges de batteries d&rsquo;accumulateurs.<br \/>\nLors de la charge du condensateur de sauvegarde, une r&eacute;sistance de mesure externe, de faible valeur, est utilis&eacute;e pour maintenir une limite pr&eacute;cise du courant provenant de l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, tout en donnant la priorit&eacute; &agrave; la puissance fournie &agrave; la charge du syst&egrave;me. La limite du courant d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e peut &ecirc;tre programm&eacute;e avec un seuil de 50 mV aux bornes de la r&eacute;sistance de mesure du courant, prot&eacute;geant la source d&rsquo;alimentation en r&eacute;duisant l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; de charge du condensateur. Le convertisseur abaisseur fonctionne &agrave; la fr&eacute;quence de 1 MHz, ce qui r&eacute;duit la taille des composants externes. Lors de la r&eacute;gulation, le fonctionnement en Burst Mode, &agrave; faible courant de repos, optimise l&rsquo;emploi de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie en provenance du condensateur de sauvegarde.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce r&eacute;gulateur utilise une architecture &agrave; diode id&eacute;ale en entr&eacute;e pour la commande de grille d&rsquo;un commutateur PMOS externe. Ainsi, la puissance efficace peut &ecirc;tre fournie tout en assurant une isolation compl&egrave;te entre l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et la charge du syst&egrave;me pendant le fonctionnement en mode de sauvegarde.<br \/>\nLes autres caract&eacute;ristiques comprennent un MOSFET canal N de puissance int&eacute;gr&eacute; pour la d&eacute;connexion Sortie\/CAP, une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence &agrave; &plusmn;1% pour la r&eacute;gulation de la tension du syst&egrave;me, et des sorties pour les indicateurs d&rsquo;&eacute;tat de la charge et de d&eacute;faillance de l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e.<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier compact QFN 24 broches, de 3 x 5 mm, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, ce composant fonctionne de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C dans les versions de classes E et I. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"www.linear.com\/product\/LTC3643\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.linear.com\/product\/LTC3643\" rel=\"noopener\">www.linear.com\/product\/LTC3643<\/a><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bidirectionnelle, l\u2019alimentation \u00e9l\u00e9vatrice pour un condensateur haute tension LTC3643 de Linear Technology se transforme automatiquement en un r\u00e9gulateur abaisseur pour la sauvegarde d\u2019un syst\u00e8me.
