Les commutateurs classiques, non &eacute;quip&eacute;s de cette technologie, g&eacute;n&egrave;rent un certain rapport d&rsquo;onde de tension stationnaire VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) lors de la commutation de circuits RF, car l&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance du commutateur n&rsquo;est pas bien ma&icirc;tris&eacute;e pendant la commutation proprement dite. Une transitoire VSWR risque de d&eacute;grader les performances syst&egrave;me et de r&eacute;duire la fiabilit&eacute;. <\/p>\n<p>Les avantages de la technologie K Z dans diff&eacute;rents sc&eacute;narii de &quot;commutation &agrave; chaud&quot; sont notamment de minimiser le temps de &quot;pulling&quot; et de recyclage des synth&eacute;tiseurs commut&eacute;s Tx\/Rx dans les syst&egrave;mes TDD et d&rsquo;&eacute;viter les transitoires potentiellement dangereuses et susceptibles de g&eacute;n&eacute;rer des d&eacute;fauts lors de la commutation entre deux composants RF comme des PA, des drivers ou des LNA. De plus, elle minimise l&rsquo;erreur d&rsquo;amplitude et de phase transitoire sur les chemins non-commut&eacute;s lors de la commutation du circuit d&rsquo;un r&eacute;seau de distribution comme un coupleur 3 dB ou un r&eacute;partiteur 4 voies<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; ce nouveau commutateur SPDT, nous mettons l&rsquo;accent sur notre nouvelle technologie K Z pour am&eacute;liorer la performance de commutation &agrave; chaud de mani&egrave;re spectaculaire,&quot; affirme Chris Stephens, Directeur G&eacute;n&eacute;ral de la Division RF d&rsquo;IDT. &quot;Le F2923 d&eacute;montre une fois de plus la position de leader d&rsquo;IDT dans les innovations RF fondamentales, que recherchent les concepteurs syst&egrave;me.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>En plus de cette technologie innovante, ce commutateur se caract&eacute;rise par une perte par insertion de seulement 0.48 dB &agrave; 2 GHz, un IIP3 sup&eacute;rieur &agrave; 66 dBm &agrave; 2 GHz et un isolement parmi les plus &eacute;lev&eacute; du march&eacute; avec 74 dB &agrave; 2 GHz.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Couvrant une large gamme de fr&eacute;quence allant de 300 kHz &agrave; 8000 MHz, la technologie K Z garantit que le dispositif fournisse bien une imp&eacute;dance quasi-constante en commutant d&rsquo;un port RF &agrave; l&rsquo;autre, notamment gr&acirc;ce &agrave; son VSWR inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; 1.4, contre 9 pour des commutateurs classiques, le tout sans aucun compromis en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;isolement, de lin&eacute;arit&eacute;, ou de pertes par insertion.<\/p>\n<p>Ce composant utilise une seule tension d&rsquo;alimentation positive de 3.3 V et supporte les niveaux standard 1.8 V ou 3.3 V pour la logique de commande.
