Les indices de taux de panne propos&eacute;s sont B pour 0.1% par 1000 heures, C pour 0.01% par 1000 heures et D pour 0.001% par 1000 heures.<br \/>\nCette nouvelle m&eacute;thode d&rsquo;&eacute;valuation de fiabilit&eacute; permet d&rsquo;affiner la qualification des gammes de condensateurs KO-CAP standard du commerce, T540 et T541. Ces condensateurs hautes-performances sont con&ccedil;us pour les applications de d&eacute;couplage et de filtrage qui n&eacute;cessitent une r&eacute;sistance s&eacute;rie &eacute;quivalente (ESR) tr&egrave;s faible. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une technologie utilisant un polym&egrave;re conducteur organique comme plaque de cathode, on obtient une faible r&eacute;sistance ESR, une tr&egrave;s bonne tenue aux ondulations, et un bon maintien de la capacit&eacute; aux fr&eacute;quences &eacute;lev&eacute;es. De telles caract&eacute;ristiques sont bien adapt&eacute;es pour un certain nombre d&rsquo;applications de d&eacute;fense ou d&rsquo;a&eacute;ronautique n&eacute;cessitant une fiabilit&eacute; &eacute;lev&eacute;e, comme les radar, les sonar, les alimentations ou les syst&egrave;mes de guidage. <\/p>\n<p>Les condensateurs &agrave; &eacute;valuation de fiabilit&eacute; sont propos&eacute;s avec des tensions nominales de 2.5 &agrave; 63 VCC, des valeurs de capacit&eacute; jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 1500 &micro;F, et des valeurs ESR pouvant descendre &agrave; 5 mohms, tous en boitier CMS.<br \/>\nLes ing&eacute;nieurs d&rsquo;&eacute;tudes peuvent d&eacute;sormais s&eacute;lectionner l&rsquo;indice de fiabilit&eacute; (classe de taux de panne) correspondant aux objectifs de fiabilit&eacute; de leur projet. Les m&eacute;thodes statistiques de Weibull traditionnelles pour &eacute;valuer la fiabilit&eacute; ne sont pas adapt&eacute;es aux condensateurs &eacute;lectrolytiques polym&egrave;res et ne permettent pas d&rsquo;&eacute;valuer correctement la fiabilit&eacute; lot par lot.
