La connexion peut se faire en configuration relais ou contacteur. Au niveau du raccordement, l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e est dot&eacute;e de borniers classiques &agrave; vis ou &agrave; ressort alors que la sortie se distingue par un syst&egrave;me &agrave; vis &quot;cage d&rsquo;ascenseur&quot; qui assure le montage de cosses aussi bien annulaires qu&rsquo;&agrave; fourche. De plus, les mod&egrave;les en configuration contacteur disposent d&rsquo;un connecteur d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e enfichable.<br \/>\nDot&eacute;s d&rsquo;une diode d&rsquo;&eacute;tat des entr&eacute;es et d&rsquo;une protection contre les surtensions, ces relais offrent une commutation au z&eacute;ro de tension ou instantan&eacute;e. Leur courant nominal de court-circuit atteint 100 kA et leur valeur I<sup>2<\/sup>t maximale est particuli&egrave;rement &eacute;lev&eacute;e avec 8320 A<sup>2<\/sup>s. En outre, ils devancent la plupart des autres produits avec une plage de temp&eacute;rature de fonctionnement &eacute;tendue de -40 &ordm;C &agrave; +80 &ordm;C et une valeur sup&eacute;rieure du courant de cr&ecirc;te de 1290 A pendant 20 ms. La valeur &eacute;lev&eacute;e de l&rsquo;I<sup>2<\/sup>t permet l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un relais statique avec des disjoncteurs au lieu de fusibles, ce qui assure une protection de court-circuit en coordination de type 2 selon l&rsquo;IEC 60947-4-1.<br \/>\nHomologu&eacute;e cULus, la s&eacute;rie DR22 offre une tension de sortie CA de 48 &agrave; 600 V ou CC de 1 &agrave; 200 V. Le courant nominal standard &agrave; 40 &ordm;C est de 20 A, 30 A et 35 A en sortie CA uniquement. La s&eacute;rie PM22 fournit uniquement une tension de sortie CA de 48 &agrave; 600 V avec des courants nominaux atteignant 25 A, 50 A et 95 A. Elle est certifi&eacute;e cURus selon la norme UL508. Tous les appareils &agrave; sortie CA sont &eacute;galement certifi&eacute;s T&Uuml;V conform&eacute;ment &agrave; la norme EN 62314.
