{"id":234910,"date":"2015-11-22T23:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-11-22T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eenewseurope.artwhere.co\/super-ecologique-la-batterie-qui-utilise-lor-des-fous\/"},"modified":"2015-11-22T23:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-11-22T23:00:00","slug":"super-ecologique-la-batterie-qui-utilise-lor-des-fous","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/super-ecologique-la-batterie-qui-utilise-lor-des-fous\/","title":{"rendered":"Super-\u00e9cologique: la batterie qui utilise \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019or des fous*\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Avec la pyrite appel&eacute;e aussi l&rsquo;or des fous, les chercheurs de l&rsquo;<strong>Empa<\/strong> de Z&uuml;rich et de l&rsquo;<strong>EPFL<\/strong> de Lausanne travaillent sur un type d&rsquo;accumulateur stationnaire qui se compose de fer, de soufre et de magn&eacute;sium, qui sont des &eacute;l&eacute;ments dont les ressources sont quasiment in&eacute;puisables et qui permettraient de r&eacute;aliser &agrave; faible co&ucirc;t d&rsquo;&eacute;normes et volumineux accumulateurs install&eacute;s dans les b&acirc;timents ou &agrave; proximit&eacute; des centrales produisant de l&rsquo; &eacute;co-&eacute;lectricit&eacute;. \n<\/p>\n<p>De ce point de vue, la recherche d&rsquo;accumulateurs bon march&eacute; pour le stockage de l&rsquo;&eacute;lectricit&eacute; est une affaire urgente, si l&rsquo;on veut profiter pleinement de la production irr&eacute;guli&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;co-courant qui am&egrave;ne les r&eacute;seaux de distribution conventionnels &agrave; leur limite de charge. Pour cela, il faut disposer d&rsquo;accumulateurs temporaires raccord&eacute;s &agrave; un r&eacute;seau intelligent. Les puissants accumulateurs lithium-ions sont mal adapt&eacute;s pour servir d&rsquo;accumulateurs temporaires, car ils sont trop chers et le lithium va se faire rare. Il faut donc les r&eacute;server aux voitures &eacute;lectriques et trouver une alternative bon march&eacute;, avec un accumulateur utilisant des ingr&eacute;dients peu co&ucirc;teux et disponibles en masse. L&rsquo;&eacute;lectrochimie est toutefois une chose complexe et tout ce qui est bon march&eacute; ne permet pas forc&eacute;ment de fabriquer un accumulateur.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>S&ucirc;r, durable et avantageux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maksym Kovalenko, Marc Walter et leurs coll&egrave;gues du laboratoire &laquo;Films minces et photovolta&iuml;que&raquo; de l&rsquo;Empa sont parvenus &agrave; r&eacute;soudre en quelque sorte la quadrature du cercle. L&rsquo;&eacute;quipe de Kovalenko a combin&eacute; une anode de magn&eacute;sium avec un &eacute;lectrolyte de magn&eacute;sium et d&rsquo;ions sodium. La cathode est&nbsp; form&eacute;e de nanocristaux de pyrite. La pyrite est du sulfure de fer cristallin form&eacute; de fer et de soufre. Lors de la d&eacute;charge de l&rsquo;accumulateur, les ions sodium de l&rsquo;&eacute;lectrolyte migrent dans la cathode et lors de sa recharge la pyrite c&egrave;de &agrave; nouveau les ions sodium. Cet accumulateur hybride sodium magn&eacute;sium, fonctionne d&eacute;j&agrave; en laboratoire. Le magn&eacute;sium est plus s&ucirc;r que le lithium car il br&ucirc;le moins facilement. Le prototype de laboratoire de cet accumulateur a d&eacute;j&agrave; subi 40 cycles de charge d&eacute;charge sans perte de capacit&eacute;. Un r&eacute;sultat prometteur qui invite &agrave; poursuivre son optimisation.<\/p>\n<p>Un d&eacute;veloppement qu&rsquo;il faudra suivre avec int&eacute;r&ecirc;t.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.empa.ch\/plugin\/template\/empa\/3\/*\/---\/l=3\/changeLang=true\/lartid=\/orga=\/type=\/theme=\/bestellbar=\/new_abt=\/uacc=\">EMPA Zurich<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>*<em>La pyrite est aussi appel&eacute;e <\/em><em>&laquo;l&rsquo;or des fous&raquo;, parce que lors de la ru&eacute;e vers l&rsquo;or, &agrave; cause de son &eacute;clat et de sa couleur, les prospecteurs inexp&eacute;riment&eacute;s la confondaient souvent avec le pr&eacute;cieux m&eacute;tal.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00f4t ou tard, les batteries lithium-ions hautes performances vont conna\u00eetre un probl\u00e8me, car les ressources de lithium vont se faire rares.
