En outre, par rapport &agrave; la majorit&eacute; des autres solutions du march&eacute;, ces barrettes de diodes offrent une augmentation de 25 % de tension d&rsquo;impulsion cr&ecirc;te, une r&eacute;duction de 50 % du courant de fuite et une r&eacute;duction de capacitance jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 40 %. Elles sont &eacute;galement certifi&eacute;es AEC-Q101, ce qui garantit des circuits de qualit&eacute; automobile.<br \/>\nPropos&eacute;es en configuration bidirectionnelle avec tensions d&rsquo;avalanche 12 V, 15 V, 24 V ou 36 V, ces barrettes peuvent assurer la protection de 95 % des interfaces actuelles.
