Sa sortie &agrave; tampon autorise un fonctionnement en g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur ou en r&eacute;cepteur de courant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 10 mA.<br \/>\nCe composant peut fonctionner sur une alimentation allant d&rsquo;une tension aussi basse que 50 mV au-dessus de la tension de sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 40 V, et avec un courant d&rsquo;alimentation de seulement 1,2 mA. En mode arr&ecirc;t, la consommation est r&eacute;duite &agrave; 4 &micro;A. L&rsquo;erreur de r&eacute;gulation au niveau de la charge est inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 6 ppm\/mA et celle de r&eacute;gulation de ligne est inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 4 ppm\/V, les deux dans les pires conditions. D&rsquo;une pr&eacute;cision initiale de tension de 0.1%, ce circuit pr&eacute;sente une d&eacute;rive maximum de seulement 1.5 ppm\/&deg;C en version Classe A et de 3 ppm\/&deg;C en version Classe B.
