Le nouveau dispositif 256&nbsp;Gbits est adapt&eacute; &agrave; diff&eacute;rentes applications, notamment les disques SSD grand-public, les smartphones, les tablettes et les cartes m&eacute;moire, ou encore les disques SSD d&rsquo;entreprise pour data centers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Depuis l&rsquo;annonce d&rsquo;une technologie FLASH BiCS prototype en&nbsp;juin 2007, Toshiba a poursuivi ses d&eacute;veloppements, pour optimiser cette technologie en vue d&rsquo;une production en masse. Afin de renforcer sa croissance sur le march&eacute; des m&eacute;moires flash en 2016 et au-del&agrave;, Toshiba milite activement en faveur du passage &agrave; la BiCS FLASH, en d&eacute;roulant une offre qui fait la part belle aux applications grande-capacit&eacute;, comme les disques SSD.<\/p>\n<p>Toshiba est engag&eacute; depuis longtemps dans le secteur des m&eacute;moires flash, et se pr&eacute;pare actuellement &agrave; la production en masse de BiCS FLASH dans un nouvel atelier Fab2 situ&eacute; au sein de l&rsquo;usine de Yokkaichi, son site de production de m&eacute;moires flash NAND.
