En comparaison au NRZ traditionnel qui utilise la signalisation &agrave; deux niveaux, le mod&egrave;le &agrave; quatre niveaux utilis&eacute;s dans PAM4 augmente de mani&egrave;re significative la complexit&eacute; du signal et impose de nouvelles exigences sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quipement de test pour la performance et la sensibilit&eacute; au bruit.<br \/>\nLa capacit&eacute; &agrave; caract&eacute;riser de mani&egrave;re fiable des signaux PAM4 de 13 GBaud &agrave; 56 GBaud avec un ensemble commun d&rsquo;outils qui prennent en charge les domaines optiques et &eacute;lectriques est essentielle pour faire progresser cette nouvelle m&eacute;thodologie de modulation dans l&rsquo;industrie. Le niveau faible de bruit &agrave; la pointe l&rsquo;industrie de ces deux oscilloscopes fournit aux ing&eacute;nieurs et chercheurs un choix de syst&egrave;mes de test d&rsquo;acquisition de signaux puissants, pr&eacute;cis et adapt&eacute;s directement pour &ecirc;tre compatible &agrave; une analyse de modulation directe multi-niveaux.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;analyse de la signalisation multi-niveaux trouv&eacute;e dans le PAM4 n&eacute;cessite un oscilloscope avec un faible bruit et bon rapport signal sur bruit pour acqu&eacute;rir et analyser pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment les &eacute;tats des multiples bits. L&rsquo;oscilloscope DPO70000SX utilise la technique de l&rsquo;entrelacement temporel asynchrone (ATI) pour fournir des acquisitions de bruit faibles uniques, celles-ci peuvent &ecirc;tre 30% inf&eacute;rieures aux performances d&rsquo;oscilloscopes &agrave; entrelacement fr&eacute;quentiel classiques.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;analyse de mesure PAM4 optique b&eacute;n&eacute;ficie elle aussi d&rsquo;une faible acquisition de bruit. L&rsquo;oscilloscope &agrave; &eacute;chantillonnage DSA8300, dot&eacute; de la technologie d&rsquo;acquisition optique et &eacute;galement d&rsquo;une r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration d&rsquo;horloge compl&egrave;te int&eacute;gr&eacute;e, offre actuellement le plus faible bruit et la plus haute sensibilit&eacute; dans l&rsquo;industrie.
