Il n&eacute;cessite deux transistors Mosfet NMOS adapt&eacute;s en externe pour fournir un courant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 20 A. La fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage est ajustable de 250 kHz &agrave; 1 MHz par une r&eacute;sistance externe et peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute;es sur une horloge externe lorsque plusieurs DC\/DC sont utilis&eacute;s. Le circuit de compensation de phase peut &eacute;galement &ecirc;tre ajust&eacute; par une r&eacute;sistance et un condensateur externes pour optimiser la configuration de la bobine et des condensateurs. Afin d&rsquo;am&eacute;liorer le rendement pour des petits courants de sortie, ce circuit est capable de commuter automatiquement du mode PWM au mode VFM, mais peut &ecirc;tre &eacute;galement forc&eacute; dans le mode PWM si n&eacute;cessaire.<br \/>\nCe composant int&egrave;gre de multiples circuits de protection tels que la limitation du courant pour les cr&ecirc;tes de courant dans la bobine, la protection contre les surcharges de courant par un syst&egrave;me &quot;Hiccup-mode&quot; ou &quot;latch type&quot;, et la coupure du circuit en cas de surchauffe. La fonction UVLO coupe &eacute;galement le circuit si la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e est trop basse et celle de &ldquo;Soft-start&rdquo; autorise un d&eacute;marrage plus lent. Un flag donne l&rsquo;information du niveau de la tension de sortie, de l&rsquo;activation d&rsquo;un circuit de s&eacute;curit&eacute; ou lorsque le circuit ne peut fonctionner lors d&rsquo;un d&eacute;faut. Il dispose &eacute;galement d&rsquo;une fonction SSCG (Spread Spectrum Clock Generation) pour r&eacute;duire le niveau d&rsquo;EMI.<br \/>\nPropos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier HSOP-18, ce circuit fonctionne dans la classe de temp&eacute;rature automobile de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"www.e-devices.ricoh.co.jp\/en\/r1272\" target=\"_blank\"
