Sa gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e est de -1,5 V &agrave; -36 V. Une seule r&eacute;sistance programme la tension de sortie rail-&agrave;-rail de 0 V &agrave; -32 V, et la chute de tension est de seulement 300 mV typique &agrave; pleine charge.<br \/>\nIl poss&egrave;de une source de courant de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de 50 &micro;A r&eacute;gl&eacute;e avec une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn;1%, et g&eacute;n&egrave;re une tension de sortie avec une tol&eacute;rance de &plusmn;2% en fonction de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, de la charge et de la temp&eacute;rature. La r&eacute;gulation de la tension de sortie, la largeur de bande, la r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires et le bruit en sortie, de 18&micro;Veff. sur la bande de 10 Hz &agrave; 100 kHz, sont ind&eacute;pendants de la tension de sortie en raison de l&rsquo;architecture en mode direct &agrave; gain unit&eacute; de tension du composant. Ce r&eacute;gulateur est appropri&eacute; aux alimentations n&eacute;gatives logiques, &agrave; l&rsquo;instrumentation &agrave; bas niveau de bruit et aux alimentations RF, industrielles durcies ainsi que celles &agrave; d&eacute;coupage suivies d&rsquo;une post-r&eacute;gulation.<br \/>\nCe circuit pr&eacute;sente une excellente stabilit&eacute; avec une large gamme de condensateurs en sortie, incluant les petits condensateurs &agrave; di&eacute;lectrique c&eacute;ramique de faible co&ucirc;t. Il est stable avec un condensateur de sortie de 10 &micro;F minimum. Une seule r&eacute;sistance r&egrave;gle avec pr&eacute;cision la limite de courant programmable. Le gestionnaire de courant bipolaire d&eacute;livre ou absorbe une intensit&eacute; proportionnelle &agrave; celle du courant de sortie, ce qui est utile pour la gestion du syst&egrave;me.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t bidirectionnel permet au composant de fonctionner avec l&rsquo;un ou l&rsquo;autre des niveaux logiques positif ou n&eacute;gatif. Les seuils pr&eacute;cis d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t autorisent la programmation d&rsquo;un seuil d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t en cas de sous-tension (UVLO) soit pour l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e du r&eacute;gulateur, soit pour une tension d&rsquo;alimentation positive du syst&egrave;me. Les circuits de protection interne comprennent une limitation pr&eacute;cise du courant avec repliement de caract&eacute;ristique et arr&ecirc;t thermique avec hyst&eacute;r&eacute;sis. Dans les applications &agrave; alimentation bipolaire o&ugrave; le retour de charge est une tension positive, la tension sur la broche de sortie OUT peut &ecirc;tre &eacute;lev&eacute;e jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 34 V au-dessus de la masse GND et autorisera le red&eacute;marrage du circuit en toute s&eacute;curit&eacute;.<br \/>\nPropos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers DFN 14 broches, de 3 x 4mm et faible profil de 0,75 mm, et TSSOP 16 broches, les deux avec une semelle thermique, ce composant existe aussi en bo&icirc;tiers de puissance TO-220-7 et DD-Pak-7.
