Il fonctionne de 3 V &agrave; 20 V en entr&eacute;e, ce qui le rend compatible avec des sources d&rsquo;alimentation vari&eacute;es.<br \/>\nSes convertisseurs DC\/DC &eacute;l&eacute;vateurs, &agrave; mode courant de cr&ecirc;te et &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe, int&egrave;grent un commutateur de 950 mA, une diode Schotky et une compensation interne de fr&eacute;quence. La fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage est programmable de 450 kHz &agrave; 2 MHz en utilisant une seule r&eacute;sistance, ou peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute;e par une horloge externe, ce qui autorise l&rsquo;emploi de petits composants externes.<br \/>\nSes r&eacute;gulateurs lin&eacute;aires utilisent une architecture propri&eacute;taire de source de courant de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence, procurant des avantages importants sur la possibilit&eacute; de fixer la tension de sortie via une seule r&eacute;sistance, sur la bande passante, le niveau de bruit, les performances PSRR et de r&eacute;gulation de la tension de la charge, virtuellement ind&eacute;pendante de la tension de sortie. Dans la bande de 10 Hz &agrave; 100 kHz, le niveau de bruit de sortie est d&rsquo;&agrave; peine 4 &micro;Veff. et le PSRR d&eacute;passe 70 dB sur toute la gamme de fr&eacute;quences de commutation. Il en r&eacute;sulte un niveau total de bruit et d&rsquo;ondulation inf&eacute;rieur &agrave;100 &micro;V cr&ecirc;te-&agrave;-cr&ecirc;te. La tension de sortie de chaque convertisseur &eacute;l&eacute;vateur est fix&eacute;e &agrave; 2 V au-dessus de la tension de sortie du r&eacute;gulateur lin&eacute;aire correspondant, optimisant ainsi la dissipation de puissance, la r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires et le PSRR.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;am&eacute;liorer la fiabilit&eacute; du syst&egrave;me, ce g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur poss&egrave;de une protection contre les courts-circuits, ainsi que thermique, et procure &eacute;galement une pr&eacute;cision des seuils de validit&eacute; EN\/UVLO ind&eacute;pendants pour chacun des canaux. Le fonctionnement &agrave; tr&egrave;s faible puissance est obtenu lorsque les deux broches EN sont au niveau bas.<br \/>\nCombin&eacute; avec un bo&icirc;tier QFN-24 de 3 x 5 mm et &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, ce composant offre une solution simple, d&rsquo;empreinte compacte, avec un bon rendement pour les amplificateurs d&rsquo;instrumentation, les dispositifs de conversion de donn&eacute;es et RF, et autres applications &agrave; faible bruit pour la polarisation.
