Les microprocesseurs sont, par exemple, utilis&eacute;s dans l&rsquo;a&eacute;ronautique pour les radars, les syst&egrave;mes d&rsquo;alarme laser ou les convertisseurs DC\/DC.<br \/>\nLe scellement durable du verre et du m&eacute;tal constitue le d&eacute;fi sp&eacute;cifique de la fabrication de tels bo&icirc;tiers micro&eacute;lectroniques.
