De rendement &eacute;lev&eacute;, ces commutateurs internes g&eacute;n&egrave;rent un courant continu de 1 A en sortie sous des tensions aussi basses que 0,8 V. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode consomme un tr&egrave;s faible courant de repos bien adapt&eacute; aux applications comme celles des dispositifs de l&rsquo;automobile &quot;toujours en fonctionnement&quot; qui n&eacute;cessitent une autonomie accrue de la batterie.<br \/>\nLa conception unique de ce circuit maintient une tension de d&eacute;chet minimale qui lui permet de fonctionner avec des rapports cycliques pouvant atteindre 99%. Les possibilit&eacute;s de programmation par r&eacute;sistance et de synchronisation de la fr&eacute;quence de 100 kHz &agrave; 1 MHz, assurent une optimisation entre rendement et taille des composants externes. Le bo&icirc;tier TSSOP de 20 broches, avec espacement des broches de haute tension, offre une empreinte compacte et de bon rendement thermique pour les applications de forte tension.<br \/>\nSur une unique puce, ce composant int&egrave;gre des commutateurs de puissance, haut et bas, au rendement &eacute;lev&eacute;, avec la diode &eacute;l&eacute;vatrice, l&rsquo;oscillateur, les circuits de contr&ocirc;le et de logique n&eacute;cessaires. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode, &agrave; faible niveau d&rsquo;ondulation, maintient un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute; pour de faibles intensit&eacute;s de sortie tout en gardant le niveau d&rsquo;ondulation en dessous de 10mV cr&ecirc;te&#8209;&agrave;&#8209;cr&ecirc;te. Des techniques de conception sp&eacute;ciales autorisent un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute; sur une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et l&rsquo;architecture &agrave; mode courant fournit une r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires ainsi qu&rsquo;une excellente stabilit&eacute; de boucle.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Les autres caract&eacute;ristiques de ce composant incluent une protection robuste contre les courts-circuits, un indicateur de tension r&eacute;gul&eacute;e, un &eacute;tablissement contr&ocirc;l&eacute; de la tension de sortie et une protection thermique.<br
