En outre, pour faciliter la transition de l&rsquo;industrie de l&rsquo;informatique nomade vers les derniers syst&egrave;mes avec des interfaces &agrave; plus basse tension, elle offre &eacute;galement une topologie flexible qui permet de configurer les signaux d&rsquo;E\/S pour supporter 3,3 V ou 1,8 V, ce qui contribue &agrave; faire baisser le co&ucirc;t du mat&eacute;riel, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;limination des adaptateurs de tension externes.<br \/>\nPar ces caract&eacute;ristiques, la famille facilite aussi la r&eacute;utilisation de la propri&eacute;t&eacute; intellectuelle sur de multiples architectures de plateformes informatiques x86, comme les syst&egrave;mes bas&eacute;s sur des noyaux Intel Atom, Intel iCore et AMD. Il s&rsquo;agit &eacute;galement de la premi&egrave;re famille de contr&ocirc;leurs embarqu&eacute;s con&ccedil;ue pour les architectures x86 &agrave; int&eacute;grer la compatibilit&eacute; avec les outils de d&eacute;veloppement MPLAB propri&eacute;taires.<br \/>\nCes composants offrent le choix de 128 ko, 160 ko ou 192 ko de m&eacute;moire SRAM destin&eacute;e au stockage du code et des donn&eacute;es charg&eacute;es depuis une Flash SPI. Les d&eacute;veloppeurs peuvent utiliser la m&eacute;moire Flash SPI h&ocirc;te, destin&eacute;e au stockage du BIOS et servant normalement de m&eacute;moire non volatile pour le stockage du firmware des contr&ocirc;leurs embarqu&eacute;s, comme solution syst&egrave;me au bon rapport co&ucirc;t\/efficacit&eacute;. En outre, ayant le choix entre les composants &agrave; interface LPC et ceux compatibles avec les interfaces LPC et eSPI, ils peuvent s&eacute;lectionner le composant au meilleur rapport co&ucirc;t\/efficacit&eacute; pour une plateforme particuli&egrave;re, assurant ainsi au fabriquant de pr&eacute;server ses investissements tout en op&eacute;rant les transitions n&eacute;cessaires.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Encapsul&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tiers VTQFP &agrave; 128 broches, tous les membres de cette famille sont compatibles entre eux en termes de brochage et de registres. Chacun d&rsquo;eux est bas&eacute; sur une architecture de microcontr&ocirc;leur PIC 32 bits et est compatible avec les outils de d&eacute;veloppement propri&eacute;taires tels que les compilateurs
