La pompe de charge en mode inverseur pr&eacute;sente une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e encore plus &eacute;tendue, de 4,5 V &agrave; 32 V, et peut &ecirc;tre connect&eacute;e soit &agrave; l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de la pompe &eacute;l&eacute;vatrice, soit &agrave; sa sortie. Le post-r&eacute;gulateur LDO &agrave; tension n&eacute;gative est aliment&eacute; &agrave; partir de la sortie V<sub>OUT-<\/sub> de la pompe de charges inverseuse.<br \/>\nCe circuit convient &agrave; une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications qui requi&egrave;rent des alimentations bipolaires &agrave; faible niveau de bruit &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une entr&eacute;e &agrave; haute tension, telles les g&eacute;n&eacute;rateurs de polarisation &agrave; faible niveau de bruit de l&rsquo;industrie et de l&rsquo;instrumentation, les &eacute;quipements m&eacute;dicaux portables et les dispositifs d&rsquo;info-divertissements de l&rsquo;automobile.<br \/>\nLes r&eacute;gulateurs LDO positif et n&eacute;gatif sont capables de g&eacute;n&eacute;rer, chacun, un courant de sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 50 mA, avec un bruit en sortie de 100 &micro;V<sub>eff<\/sub>. Leurs tensions de sortie peuvent &ecirc;tre ind&eacute;pendamment r&eacute;gl&eacute;es de &plusmn;1,2 V &agrave; &plusmn; 32 V en utilisant des diviseurs r&eacute;sistifs pour g&eacute;n&eacute;rer des rails de tension sym&eacute;triques ou asym&eacute;triques en sortie.<br \/>\nLes pompes de charges internes fonctionnent soit en Burst Mode, avec une consommation basse au repos pour un rendement plus &eacute;lev&eacute;, ou en mode &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe, pour le niveau de bruit le plus bas. En Burst Mode, le composant consomme un courant de repos de seulement 135 &micro;A, avec les deux r&eacute;gulateurs LDO actifs et &agrave; vide.
