Ils seront caract&eacute;ris&eacute;s par de petits bo&icirc;tiers avec des nombres de broches allant de 32 &agrave; 100, des capacit&eacute;s de m&eacute;moire Flash allant de 32 Ko &agrave; 128 Ko, et des fonctions p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques standard. Ces dispositifs sont pr&eacute;vus pour r&eacute;duire la consommation syst&egrave;me globale, en visant 100 &micro;A \/ MHz, voire moins, pour les microcontr&ocirc;leurs. La soci&eacute;t&eacute; lancera un second groupe de produits rapides bas&eacute;s sur un c&oelig;ur ARM Cortex-M4F, ainsi qu&rsquo;un troisi&egrave;me &agrave; ultra-basse consommation bas&eacute; sur le m&ecirc;me c&oelig;ur.<br \/>\nUtilisant la technologie logique 130 nm propri&eacute;taire, des microcontr&ocirc;leurs &agrave; m&eacute;moire non-volatile NVM, &agrave; cellules simples ou multiples, programmables plusieurs fois sont &eacute;galement en cours de d&eacute;veloppement. Ces derniers permettront de r&eacute;duire les co&ucirc;ts de certaines applications, notamment de gestion d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie et de commande moteur.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\"
