Il est possible de mettre en parall&egrave;le et en opposition de phase jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 12 phases afin de r&eacute;duire le filtrage. Quand les sorties sont en parall&egrave;le, le circuit pr&eacute;sente un d&eacute;s&eacute;quilibre entre les intensit&eacute;s des phases meilleur que &plusmn;2,5%, ce qui le rend appropri&eacute; pour les demandes en courant de tr&egrave;s forte intensit&eacute; jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 300 A. Les applications englobent la distribution d&rsquo;alimentation de forte intensit&eacute;, les alimentations redondantes (n+1), les syst&egrave;mes industriels et l&rsquo;alimentation des processeurs.<br \/>\nCe contr&ocirc;leur maintient une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn;1% sur la tension de sortie fixe, incluant les erreurs dues au diviseur r&eacute;sistif interne et &agrave; l&rsquo;amplificateur diff&eacute;rentiel de d&eacute;tection de courant d&eacute;port&eacute;, sur la gamme de temp&eacute;rature de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C. Deux amplificateurs diff&eacute;rentiels int&eacute;gr&eacute;s procurent une mesure d&eacute;port&eacute;e vraie des deux tensions de sortie. Un fonctionnement avec fort diff&eacute;rentiel Entr&eacute;e-Sortie &agrave; fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage &eacute;lev&eacute;e est rendu possible par une dur&eacute;e de conduction minimum de 40 ns.<br \/>\nLe circuit fonctionne &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence fixe qui peut &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e entre 250 kHz et 1 MHz, ou synchronis&eacute;e &agrave; une horloge externe. Les puissants contr&ocirc;leurs de grille canal N int&eacute;gr&eacute;s, de 1,1 Ohm, minimisent les pertes de commutation du MOSFET.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Fonctionnant avec un contr&ocirc;le en mode courant vrai, ce composant peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; avec des inductances de puissance &agrave; tr&egrave;s faible r&eacute;sistance en continu (DCR) jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 0,3 mOhm dans une nouvelle architecture qui am&eacute;liore le rapport signal sur bruit de la mesure du courant. Cette technique de mesure r&eacute;duit la gigue de commutation g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement associ&eacute;e aux applications &agrave; faible DCR. Le r&eacute;glage du seuil de la limite du courant peut &ecirc;tre fix&eacute; pour de tr&egrave;s faibles mesures de tensions de 10 mV &agrave; 30 mV pour diminuer les pertes de puissance. La compensation en temp&eacute;rature de la DCR maintient un seuil constant du courant sur une large gamme de temp&eacute;ratures. Les caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires comprennent le r&eacute;glage du d&eacute;marrage progressif ou du suivi de tension, la limitation du courant par repliement de caract&eacute;ristique, la restauration progressive apr&egrave;s un court-circuit, une protection contre les surtensions en sortie et deux signaux indicateurs de la tension r&eacute;gul&eacute;e en sortie.<br \/>\nCe composant est propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier QFN 44 broches, de 7 x 7 mm.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"www.linear.com\/product\/LTC3877\" target=\"_blank\"
