De plus, il int&egrave;gre sur la puce, un doubleur de fr&eacute;quence &agrave; commutation pour le signal de l&rsquo;OL, ce qui offre une option d&rsquo;utilisation des synth&eacute;tiseurs basse fr&eacute;quence courants, &agrave; bas co&ucirc;t. Il utilise un transformateur sym&eacute;trique &agrave; large bande int&eacute;gr&eacute;, optimis&eacute; pour &eacute;tendre la bande passante RF de 2 GHz &agrave; 14 GHz, tout en permettant un fonctionnement avec une entr&eacute;e asym&eacute;trique. Son port FI est &eacute;galement &agrave; large-bande, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 6 GHz. Les trois ports sont tous adapt&eacute;s 50 ohms. Le m&eacute;langeur comporte une isolation entre ports, ce qui r&eacute;duit les fuites ind&eacute;sirables de l&rsquo;OL et facilite le filtrage externe.<br \/>\nLes performances de ce dispositif contribuent &agrave; am&eacute;liorer une large gamme d&rsquo;applications comprenant celles &agrave; hyperfr&eacute;quence, les stations de base cellulaires avanc&eacute;es LTE sans licence, les radios satellitaires large bande, les syst&egrave;mes radars, les &eacute;metteurs-r&eacute;cepteurs bandes Ku et X, les modems des &eacute;quipements de test et des satellites.<br \/>\nLe composant poss&egrave;de une protection renforc&eacute;e contre les d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques (ESD) de 2000 V HBM (mod&egrave;le du corps humain) sur chaque broche. Il est encapsul&eacute; dans un petit bo&icirc;tier QFN 12 broches, de 3 x 2 mm sp&eacute;cifi&eacute; pour fonctionner de &ndash;40 &deg;C &agrave; 105 &deg;C, supportant ainsi les temp&eacute;ratures &eacute;lev&eacute;es des environnements s&eacute;v&egrave;res. Avec une conception utilisant un nombre minimal de composants externes, il procure une mise en &oelig;uvre d&rsquo;empreinte compacte.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce m&eacute;langeur est optimis&eacute; pour fonctionner sur une alimentation unique de 3,3 V avec une consommation nominale de 115 mA. De plus, une broche de validation permet de le d&eacute;sactiver. Dans ce cas, il consomme un courant d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t de seulement 100 &micro;A au maximum.
