Par rapport aux solutions similaires du march&eacute;, elle propose aux concepteurs de circuits &eacute;lectroniques une r&eacute;duction de capacitance de 71 %, ce qui aide &agrave; conserver l&rsquo;int&eacute;grit&eacute; du signal et &agrave; minimiser les pertes de donn&eacute;es. Elle fournit &eacute;galement une gestion de puissance pouvant &ecirc;tre jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 150 % plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e que la plupart des solutions &eacute;quivalentes.<br \/>\nPerformants, ces produits peuvent supporter jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 15 A selon IEC 61000-4-5, avec dur&eacute;es d&rsquo;impulsions 8\/20 &micro;s sans d&eacute;gradation des performances et au minimum une ESD de &plusmn;30 kV selon IEC 61000-4-2.<br \/>\nLes principales applications cibl&eacute;es, telles que &eacute;quipement r&eacute;seau Ethernet (LAN\/WAN 10\/100\/1000), domotique et s&eacute;curit&eacute;, b&eacute;n&eacute;ficient de la tension d&rsquo;&eacute;cr&ecirc;tage sup&eacute;rieure de ces r&eacute;seaux au format compact &micro;DFN-0. La protection ultra-rapide, &agrave; base de silicium, contre les d&eacute;charges ESD r&eacute;agit aux &eacute;v&eacute;nements de surtension transitoires d&egrave;s le d&eacute;passement des tensions d&rsquo;exploitation.\n<\/p>\n<p>&quot;En mati&egrave;re de protection contre les ESD et contre les surtensions au niveau des ports Gigabit Ethernet (GbE), la S&eacute;rie SP3312T offre une alternative convaincante par rapport aux autres solutions du march&eacute;,&quot; d&eacute;clare Tim Micun, chef de produit pour les barrettes de diodes TVS. &quot;La tr&egrave;s faible capacitance de ces diodes permet une plus grande souplesse lors de la conception des cartes de circuits imprim&eacute;s. Par ailleurs, la S&eacute;rie SP3312T simplifie la mise en conformit&eacute; avec le diagramme de test visuel go\/no-go utilis&eacute; dans l&rsquo;industrie, et elle s&rsquo;impose comme protection des interfaces GbE.&quot;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ces barrettes de diodes pr&eacute;sentent une excellente protection contre les surtensions, avec cr&ecirc;te de 250 Wce qui repr&eacute;sente une marge beaucoup plus importante face aux menaces &eacute;lectriques d&eacute;finies par les normes r&eacute;glementaires. La variabilit&eacute; n&eacute;gligeable de capacitance sur la gamme de tensions garantit l&rsquo;int&eacute;grit&eacute; des signaux des lignes prot&eacute;g&eacute;es par ces diodes et une moins forte d&eacute;gradation du diagramme de l&rsquo;&oelig;il par rapport aux autres solutions. La protection contre les d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques de 15 A en cr&ecirc;te est sup&eacute;rieure au niveau maximal prescrit par la norme IEC applicable et s&rsquo;&eacute;tend contre une multitude d&rsquo;autres menaces afin d&rsquo;assurer la fiabilit&eacute; des produits en exploitation. Le format compact &micro;DFN-08 de ces r&eacute;seaux, de seulement 1,8 x 2,0 x 0,554 mm, autorise un routage direct. Autrement dit, le trac&eacute; des circuits &eacute;lectroniques peut &ecirc;tre rout&eacute; sous la diode sans avoir &agrave; tracer des &eacute;bauches de trac&eacute; (stub trace) qui peuvent
