Ces dispositifs maximisent la souplesse de conception en donnant aux utilisateurs la possibilit&eacute; de d&eacute;finir des niveaux de d&eacute;clenchement d&rsquo;anomalie ind&eacute;pendamment des alimentations primaires. En supprimant &eacute;galement l&rsquo;utilisation de plusieurs composants de protection discrets, ils optimisent l&rsquo;espace occup&eacute; sur la carte &eacute;lectronique et simplifient le processus de conception.<br \/>\nCes trois produits sont con&ccedil;us tout particuli&egrave;rement pour les applications d&rsquo;instrumentation de pr&eacute;cision, le contr&ocirc;le de processus et l&rsquo;avionique.<br \/>\nLe multiplexeur 8:1 et le multiplexeur diff&eacute;rentiel 4:1 permettent d&rsquo;optimiser les mesures de petits signaux tels que thermocouples ou capteurs de temp&eacute;rature &agrave; r&eacute;sistance (RTD), en assurant un courant de fuite de seulement 70 nA, le plus bas de leur cat&eacute;gorie, et un courant de fuite &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant de 20 nA. Ainsi, l&rsquo;utilisateur peut effectuer des mesures pr&eacute;cises m&ecirc;me lorsque d&rsquo;autres voies d&rsquo;E\/S du multiplexeur sont en situation de d&eacute;faillance en raison d&rsquo;une surtension. En outre, l&rsquo;injection de charge ultra-faible (0,8 pC) et la capacit&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant de 19 pF leur assurent une commutation entre voies plus pr&eacute;cise et plus rapide dans les syst&egrave;mes multiplex&eacute;s. Ces multiplexeurs se pr&eacute;sentent en bo&icirc;tier TSSOP &agrave; 20 contacts.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Le circuit de protection 4 voies offre un niveau d&rsquo;alimentation secondaire minimum de 4,5 V sous une tension d&rsquo;alimentation unique. Sa r&eacute;sistance ultra-basse &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant de 10 ohms et la stabilit&eacute; de la r&eacute;sistance l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant de 0,5 ohm minimisent la distorsion harmonique totale (THD) et abaissent le niveau de bruit. En plus de la protection contre les surtensions jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; &plusmn;55 V, il dispose &eacute;galement d&rsquo;une protection contre les d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques de 4 kV HBM (mod&egrave;le corps humain). Il est encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier TSSOP ou LFCSP &agrave; 16 contacts.<br \/>\nLes trois composants se caract&eacute;risent &eacute;galement par une plage de signal analogique entre tension source-source et tension drain-drain de &plusmn; 5 V &agrave; &plusmn;22 V sous une tension d&rsquo;alimentation double ou de 8 &agrave; 44 V sous une tension unique. Cette plage est enti&egrave;rement sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;e &agrave; &plusmn; 15 V, &plusmn; 20 V, 12 V et 36 V. Enfin, leur gamme de temp&eacute;rature op&eacute;rationnelle s&rsquo;&eacute;tend -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C.<\/p>\n<p><a
