En d&eacute;pit de sa faible &eacute;paisseur, il garantit une distance de fuite et de s&eacute;curit&eacute; de 8 mm minimum et une tension d&rsquo;isolement d&rsquo;au moins 5000 Veff, ce qui en fait un bon candidat pour les applications n&eacute;cessitant un isolement &eacute;lev&eacute;.<br \/>\nGr&acirc;ce &agrave; l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration de LED infrarouge de forte puissance c&ocirc;t&eacute; entr&eacute;e, ce composant r&eacute;duit le courant de d&eacute;clenchement en entr&eacute;e de pr&egrave;s de 54% compar&eacute; aux produits conventionnels comme le pr&eacute;c&eacute;dent TLP2766 en bo&icirc;tier SDIP6.<br \/>\nCe circuit int&egrave;gre aussi une puce photo-d&eacute;tecteur produite en technologie Bi-CMOS c&ocirc;t&eacute; sortie, et r&eacute;duit le courant d&rsquo;alimentation n&eacute;cessaire d&rsquo;environ 66% par rapport &agrave; son pr&eacute;d&eacute;cesseur. Le courant de d&eacute;clenchement en entr&eacute;e est de 1.6 mA (maxi) pour 6 mW (typique), et le courant d&rsquo;alimentation de seulement 1.0 mA (maxi) &agrave; 2,1 mW (typique).
