Les entr&eacute;es analogiques diff&eacute;rentielles fonctionnent sur la large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e en mode commun de 34 V, ce qui autorise la num&eacute;risation directe par le CAN d&rsquo;une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; de signaux pour simplifier la conception en cha&icirc;ne du signal. La souplesse quant au signal d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, associ&eacute;e &agrave; une INL (non lin&eacute;arit&eacute; int&eacute;grale) in&eacute;gal&eacute;e de &plusmn;3LSB max., sans perte de codes sur 18 bits, et un rapport signal sur bruit SNR de 96,7 dB, rend le convertisseur appropri&eacute; au contr&ocirc;le de processus industriel, de hautes performances, au test et &agrave; la mesure, &agrave; la gestion des lignes d&rsquo;alimentation, &agrave; l&rsquo;instrumentation et aux applications d&rsquo;&eacute;quipement de test automatique.<br \/>\nCe circuit poss&egrave;de une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence interne de pr&eacute;cision, avec un coefficient de temp&eacute;rature de 20ppm\/&deg;C max. et un buffer de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence int&eacute;gr&eacute;, capable d&rsquo;effectuer des mesures pr&eacute;cises en une fois, ce qui &eacute;conomise de la place sur les cartes &agrave; forte densit&eacute;. En option, une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension de 5 V externe peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;e pour accro&icirc;tre la gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e analogique &agrave; &plusmn;12,5 V. Lors d&rsquo;une conversion simultan&eacute;e des huit canaux &agrave; 200 k&eacute;ch.\/s par canal, le composant dissipe 140 mW et peut fonctionner en mode sommeil et ou en mode arr&ecirc;t pour r&eacute;duire la dissipation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie aux faibles d&eacute;bits.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>En plus de ses caract&eacute;ristiques uniques en analogique, ce CAN pr&eacute;sente une souplesse in&eacute;gal&eacute;e pour la partie num&eacute;rique, avec des interfaces s&eacute;rie pouvant &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;es par broches SPI CMOS et LVDS. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; sa large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;alimentation en sortie ce convertisseur peut s&rsquo;interfacer avec tout circuit logique CMOS de 1,8 V &agrave; 5 V. En mode CMOS, les applications peuvent utiliser entre une et huit lignes sp&eacute;ciales de donn&eacute;es de sortie s&eacute;rie, ce qui donne &agrave; l&rsquo;utilisateur la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;optimiser la largeur des bus et le d&eacute;bit des donn&eacute;es. Le mode LVDS pr&eacute;sente un faible niveau de bruit et des communications &agrave; grande vitesse sur de plus grandes distances en utilisant des signaux diff&eacute;rentiels. Ensemble, ces options d&rsquo;interface I\/O offrent &agrave; ce convertisseur une bonne communication tant avec des microcontr&ocirc;leurs anciens qu&rsquo;avec des FPGA modernes.<br \/>\nToutes les sp&eacute;cifications de ce CAN-SAR en bo&icirc;tier LQFP-48 de 7 x 7 mm sont garanties sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a
